  1. At the moment if you aren’t successful in booking a desk for particular times in the future, you have to go back and check periodically to see whether people have released their desks, but it’s very time consuming and manual.

    I wondered whether there could be some sort of ‘waiting list’ functionality set up whereby you can request a desk for your area for particular times and then as desks are released (due to cancellations) you receive a notification? Would save us from logging back on repeatedly etc.

  2. I'd like to see Condeco add a mobile app for the Vendor Portal. We have may staff that must stay a ****** of ever-changing room reservations and service needs. Having a mobile app that was designed to display and allow interaction from a smartphone while in the field away from a PC would be very helpful.

    I realize the website can be accessed, but it can be challenging to navigate and use properly on a small phone screen. We find apps, when properly designed, just function better and would in this case benefit or mobile staff helping them to stay…

    We are looking at making the vendor dashboard responsive on a mobile or tablet. It will be a simplified UI and so not all functionality will be available in this view.

  3. Our users have asked if linked bookings could show as 'one' booking on summary page rather than individual bookings.

    This is especially useful for room bookings with varying services, catering and times. Being able see it under a single reference makes it easier for the team to manage.

  4. We would like to have the ability to run a Banquet Event Order report (BEO).

    BEO is an industry standard report used in hotels, conference centers, and banquets facilities.

    The report should be specific to ONE event or booking ID and contains ALL details associated with that event.

    It should include meeting name, date time location, contact info (host, requester, assigned responsible staff) and all resources or services requested, including item notes, separated by category, formatted to one document (can be multiple pages).

    We should be able to choose which categories to include in the printout. This should be accessible…

  5. Can Condeco an provide an automated warning message, when we have reached 'desk booked' capacity, to say that no desks are available and please do not visit the office? Possibly also alerting site leads? For example if we only have 90 desks available to book each day an alert it sent when we reached that number?

  8. Can there be a mobile app or mobile browser support for administrators in Condeco? I.e. receptionist need to view the full booking grid, manage bookings, transfer bookings, run reports and manage visitors.

  9. If the room name and setup style is exceeding a certain limit of characters then the rest text will truncated and only be visible once cursor is hovered on it

    Please can the characters number be raised so that room names and setup appear at the same time?

    We use iPad's for the vendor screen and at the moment we cannot see setups. on

  10. Please make meeting titles and visitor company name visible on the visitor management page so that reception teams can easily see all information in one place without having to resort to running several individual reports each day.

  12. We are having this issue only when changes have been made to a booking with food/service items attached to it that are within the food/service item notice period. The validation of food/service item is triggering even though no changes have been made to food/service items

    Our users are also seeing an irrelevant error message (an error message about food/service item) when they change they are making is to the meeting title or attendees

  13. Ability to create roles within the system that user profiles can be assigned. That doesn't require going into individual user accounts to apply permissions.

Especially for setups where one employee can be part of different teams or project groups, it would be great to be able to create multiple "teams" within the "Find your team" menu as it can become very overwhelming quickly if you have e.g. more than 10-15 team members in only one single list. In that case, you would have to scroll and eventually don't even see your own office days anymore.

  18. Notify users of pending Self-Certification via mobile phone application notifications. Users would receive a application notification that they must self-certify if self-certification is enabled at their location. Currently the user has to remember to open his app and self-certify, a push notification would help remind them. When the user clicks on the notification, it takes them to the self-certification page where they can self-certify. Thanks.

  19. In our company, everyone has assigned desks by default. This sets everyone as "In the office" by default. If they don't update their status to "working remotely" it shows them being in the office when they are not. Would be great to get a report that would give me a list of people that had checked in to their desk on any given day (past + present) and not only past.

  20. It would be useful for admin users to be able to grant special rights to specific users so that they are able to book further out than standard users- this would allows certain members of staff like PA's etc. to book desks before everyone else without opening up the booking grid for everyone.
