Cost Code Smart Search
Multiple clients have requested for the introduction of a smart search//lookup for the cost code field.
One of our law firm clients has over 10k costs codes with 15 unique characters in length. Due to the length of the cost codes, there is a high possibility of user error, therefore a smart search would help reduce user error.
The client would like there to be a smart/contextual similar to smart search on the Host/Requestor fields.
This is a key requirement for the client and I believe it would benefit many other clients who heavily use Cost Codes.

Ability to create roles within the system
Ability to create roles within the system that user profiles can be assigned. That doesn't require going into individual user accounts to apply permissions.

Please, please, give us the option to turn off the today page, and even better would be an option to let us choose what page is gone to by default.

Ability to schedule reports automatically and receive emails at set frequency
Users want to be able to schedule reports to be automatically run on the database and emailed to them as per a specific schedule.

Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days. Today it is only possible to close them for just one day or some days in a row. This simple improvement would allow clients to block zones or locations during holidays, scheduled maintenance, sanitization, etc.

Give admin ability to see the title of a private meeting
As of now, admins can't see the title of a private meeting. Our receptions are admins (Any admin from Country admin up to Global admins) should be able to see the meeting title.

Make it easier for admin to bulk upload names/changes by CSV file.
Currently we use a third party application to manage our cost codes and we would like a simple CSV upload tool to be able to update user records
As a business we invoice catering made on bookings that require catering services and we would like the ability to tie back a cost code to each user which we can maintain via a CSV file.
Phone numbers are used to be able to contact the requestor of the booking if needed (asking for switching rooms,…)

Pending bookings that are amended should not require approval for minor changes
When a managed booking has been confirmed it's appearing on the ABG but when a user is amending the booking, it is disappearing from the ABG.
If the time of the meeting changed, it's normal that it's not appearing in the ABG, but if the user just add or removed services, it should stay on the ABG.19 votes -

Condeco goes in "Stand By" mode too quick. Frequent users like our receptionists has to click "resume" button often. Ideally, we should be able to configure per tenant the idle time in the application.

Real Time data with Power BI API
Today all data provided via the Power BI API it's 48 hours behind. It's extremly important to have an realtime updated data to be able to undestand these daily information:
- occupancy rate of the office and floors;
- who is working in the office and who is workiing remotly;Those are important information for HR and Facilities Manager to acelerate the ROI by having insights, for example to close/open floors (energy savings) and to manage cleaning and meeting room vendors.

Floor plan for vendors to help with cleaning tasks
For the Vendor view, to assist them in the cleaning, it will be great to give them access to the map in order to be more efficient and have a real smart cleaning application.
A list a desk to be cleaned is clearly not enough.

Floor plan with desk numbers
Ability to print a floor plan with the assigned desk numbers.
Currently you can only see the respective desk numbers if you hover over the desk on the desktop. If your contractors are configuring 1000 units to reflect the correct desk numbers they won't have access to the desk booking system, so it will be easier if you can print the floor plan with the associated desk numbers.

We would like an 'all floor' option on Room Finder so that we can search across all floors
Currently a user is only able to select a single floor at a time when doing a search from Room Finder. We would like it to display an 'all floor' option so that the user is able to easily widen their search across all floors for a location.

Unable to login to both web app and mobile app simultaneously? That' not not being able to access webmail or outlook desktop app and have outlook mobile app at the same time. Each time you login to one, it boots you out of the other?

Mobile Apps does not display Desk Attribute
Mobile Apps is a very simple UI App for booking desk with no function such as reset password, change password etc.
However it is the prefer way of booking a desk as such we will like to see the desk attributes while booking a desk thru the mobile apps18 votes -
Revert unhelpful change that delays user perfomance
RE the recent change of not giving users access to booking details that occurred more than 30 days in the past, it feels like Condeco is introducing unnecessary barriers to user performance. We shouldn’t need to run reports every time we need to access past bookings information. We are going backwards with this change. All information should remain easily accessible to users. Condeco says this is 'to improve performance', but I can guarantee this is not for the users benefit at all. We deal with 5000+ bookings per month. The recent changes were implemented to enhance the application's performance, and we've observed significant improvements in both response time and overall speed. However, we recognize that some data previously accessible through the Booking form is not visible in the Booking Summary. We are working to enhance the Booking Summary to display all relevant meeting data so that past bookings can be replicated without the need to use the 'Reports' section of Condeco.
We'd would also like to highlight that it is still possible to view bookings on the Booking Grid and use the 'Copy' function to replicate the meeting at a future date.

Ability to create multiple teams within "Find your Team"
Especially for setups where one employee can be part of different teams or project groups, it would be great to be able to create multiple "teams" within the "Find your team" menu as it can become very overwhelming quickly if you have e.g. more than 10-15 team members in only one single list. In that case, you would have to scroll and eventually don't even see your own office days anymore.
