  1. Notify users of pending Self-Certification via mobile phone application notifications. Users would receive a application notification that they must self-certify if self-certification is enabled at their location. Currently the user has to remember to open his app and self-certify, a push notification would help remind them. When the user clicks on the notification, it takes them to the self-certification page where they can self-certify. Thanks.

  2. When a managed booking has been confirmed it's appearing on the ABG but when a user is amending the booking, it is disappearing from the ABG.
    If the time of the meeting changed, it's normal that it's not appearing in the ABG, but if the user just add or removed services, it should stay on the ABG.

  3. Condeco goes in "Stand By" mode too quick. Frequent users like our receptionists has to click "resume" button often. Ideally, we should be able to configure per tenant the idle time in the application.

  4. It would be ideal if past bookings were available on the desk grid.
    (Similar to to meeting room grid)
    Currently once a date has passed the booking disappears and the only to check for past bookings is to run a report.

  5. Currently, when running a report for number of desk bookings, the report comes back with twice the number of bookings even though we are using whole day slots and not AM/PM slots.

  7. RE the recent change of not giving users access to booking details that occurred more than 30 days in the past, it feels like Condeco is introducing unnecessary barriers to user performance. We shouldn’t need to run reports every time we need to access past bookings information. We are going backwards with this change. All information should remain easily accessible to users. Condeco says this is 'to improve performance', but I can guarantee this is not for the users benefit at all. We deal with 5000+ bookings per month.     Thank you for your feedback on this matter. The recent changes were implemented to enhance the application's performance, and we've observed significant improvements in both response time and overall speed. However, we recognize that some data previously accessible through the Booking form is not visible in the Booking Summary. We are working to enhance the Booking Summary to display all relevant meeting data so that past bookings can be replicated without the need to use the 'Reports' section of Condeco.

    We'd would also like to highlight that it is still possible to view bookings on the Booking Grid and use the 'Copy' function to replicate the meeting at a future date.

  8. Today all data provided via the Power BI API it's 48 hours behind. It's extremly important to have an realtime updated data to be able to undestand these daily information:
    - occupancy rate of the office and floors;
    - who is working in the office and who is workiing remotly;

    Those are important information for HR and Facilities Manager to acelerate the ROI by having insights, for example to close/open floors (energy savings) and to manage cleaning and meeting room vendors.

  9. Not all offices have the space to reshuffle desks to create more distance in between colleagues. Would like to have a first-come first-served feature when someone books a desk, the desk to the left, right and front gets auto closed. I.e. others cannot book in the near proximity of a booked desk. Adjacent desks are already part of the build, so it should be easy to build up on it.

  11. For the Vendor view, to assist them in the cleaning, it will be great to give them access to the map in order to be more efficient and have a real smart cleaning application.
    A list a desk to be cleaned is clearly not enough.

  13. As of now, admins can't see the title of a private meeting. Our receptions are admins (Any admin from Country admin up to Global admins) should be able to see the meeting title.

  14. Currently you can only set dates for when an item is available, it would be great if you can set a time for certain items as we would rather not have breakfast offered for the whole day.

    Example:
    Our catering hours are only from 09:00-17:00 however rooms can be booked outside of this time. There is currently no way of locking this down and therefore currently users can order catering outside of this time which can lead to issues.

    Additionally, particular items such as breakfast should only be available for certain hours.

  16. The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' is too generalised when no meeting is selected. would it be possible to set a message based on location for when visitors are marked as arrived?

  17. When you cancel bookings/close a desk or room you enter a reason but this currently doesn't pull through to the email received by the user resulting in an additional manual process to inform people of this to prevent complaints. If the cancellation reason could be included in the email this would mean we no longer have to send additional communication to users to explain what has happened and why their booking has to be removed. If the reason could also be shown on the grid this would also prevent unnecessary questions being fielded by IT and Facilities staff by users.

  19. Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days. Today it is only possible to close them for just one day or some days in a row. This simple improvement would allow clients to block zones or locations during holidays, scheduled maintenance, sanitization, etc.
