  2. The topic of mobile application floor plan.

    It is absolutely useful to be able to scale the floor plan exactly as it was before the booking after a booking. If an employee has to work at a branch where he/she has never been before, he/she does not know his/her way around and has to search for the exact location of the workstation. To properly orient myself, it would make sense to see the complete floor plan and then potentially rescale it if necessary. The strange thing about this is that it used to be possible. So it was programmed out.…

  3. We use the Condeco Add-in for Outlook. When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete the appointment in Outlook. I don't understand how deleting the booking in the Mobile App releases the Microsoft 365 Resource, but will not delete the Outlook Appointment it created itself. Why can it create an appointment in Outlook but not delete? If we delete from the Mobile, then we have to open Outlook and delete from there as well. This is not efficient, and can create confusion for the user.

  4. When the admin looks at the calendar in book a personal space they have the option to select whole week by clicking on all.
    However the end user has to select each day am/pm individually which they find rather cumbersome.
    It would be great if the end user could have the same functionality as the admins

  7. How about we make it easy to book both a car parking space and a desk, as opposed to one or the other? Trying to book a desk but being told you already have a booked (to park the car) isn't helpful...

  8. It would be helpful to see booking history (i.e. last financial year) in "your bookings" section. In Australia, its possible to claim personal tax deductions for days working from home. Hence, keeping these records would help substantiate these calculations

  14. The results list when viewing desks booked for a colleague or future bookings is all grey scale. This makes it difficult to quickly identify days, or bookings - is if possible to add some color to this or look at the design to make this more visible rather than the all grey view as it is.

  16. Rogers Communication would like the ability to use a campus app. When the end user is in the campus app and selects book a desk, they would like for the Desk App to be opened.

    This allows users to only have to worry about using the campus app and not the 10 plus apps used by the client.

  19. Allow delivery requests over multiple days, atm you can only book items for one day.

    If you want to book an article for more than one day (without booking a room), you have to do a separate booking every day (so f.e. 10 days = 10 separate bookings)

  20. When setting up the screen profile, you can only set PIN required for End or Delete booking when Book is also set to PIN required.

    Pin required should be able to be switched off so anonymous bookings can be made on the screen by users. You should have the ability to then set PIN required for End or Delete so this prevents any user ending or deleting other users bookings.
