  1. Currently, if a vended item is not available or if the request from the user cannot be met, the vendor must contact the user directly to cancel the item.

    Vendors should be able to reject a catering request and provide direct feedback (through an email) to the user as to why it was rejected.

  2. When a room is booked and later requires amending, users are restricted to choosing a different room in the same location and group. Users are currently not able to change the current room booked to another room that is in a different location

  3. We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
    We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.
    We also want the option to disable this email for some groups of rooms.

  4. We are a law firm and our secretaries are always making bookings on behalf of their attorney(s) they support. Currently the checkbox is towards the bottom of the screen. Setting the 'Booking on behalf of' AFTER all other parameters are set can cause the parameters to reset, thus resulting in incorrect location, date, group, etc. Can this checkbox be at the very top of the page so it is the first thing a user should think about before setting all other parameters?

  5. Updates to an order
    The update list is not really understandable (for the kitchen and for us who made the change).
    Is it possible to visually show the change in the e-mail, e.g.
    Mark the change (whether number or time) as bold (and/or in color) or just mark the entire line bold.
    If a product is removed then mark the whole line or just the product-name as strikethrough
    If a new product is added, then mark the whole line or just the product-name as bold (and / or in color)

  6. When booking with 5 participants, a product is then added, the quantity of the product is equated with the number of participants.
    If the number of participants is subsequently changed, Condeco does not automatically adjust the amount of the product.
    We expect Condeco Catering to automatically adjust the quantities of products. But only if the number has not been changed manually beforehand.
    Example:
    5 participants and 5 cakes (amount transferred automatically); minus 1 participant = 4 participants and 4 cakes

  7. Right now you can only see items on the map if you select either room bookings or specific groups in Personal Spaces. Create a map button that shows all meeting rooms and personal spaces on one map.

  8. Cleaning Request - When a desk is booked, but no used or checked in, it creates a cleaning request and renders the space unusable. Your current Bump email notification states that it has been made available for others to book, but this is incorrect. the space is awaiting cleaning. This needs to be corrected. When a desk is bumped without any check-in, it should do what you say it should, release the booking so it is available for others to book, not automatically mark it for cleaning.

  11. A report that provides all the group configurations for all the groups. Most importantly, this report needs to capture all the options available in Edit Name/Deployment, and Application Setup. This report also needs to be available to run on demand.

  16. When a recurring meeting has a conflict, the application should recommend rooms based on the number of attendees to optimise room utilisation.

    Currently, it suggests conference rooms that have either the same or more room capacity.

    Example:

    I want to create a weekly meeting in the Philadelphia office in Conference Room A (that has the capacity set to 15) and in one of the weekly occurrences, I have a conflict because someone has Conference Room A already booked.

    There are 10 people set as attendees in the booking.
