  1. When a user accesses the Workplace landing page and does not have a default building assigned to them, they get the full list of buildings in the system regardless of if they have bookable workspaces or are even active buildings. Can the original list of buildings be limited to buildings that have bookable workspaces?

  2. I would like to enable the BIM Viewer to highlight rooms that span across different floors.

    Currently, the BIM Viewer is designed to highlight only rooms on the same floor. However, we have received user requests to support highlighting rooms located on different floors as well.

    This feature would be particularly useful for cross-sectional comparison and visualization of rooms that belong to the same category or type, thereby enhancing usability.

    Starting from version 2024.04, it has become possible to highlight rooms on different floors when launching the BIM Viewer via the "Show in BIM Viewer" icon added to the Space…

  3. Currently you can apply a security group to a service request type to restrict it in the Web Central "Create Service Request" view. This restriction should be carried over to workplace.

    With the questionnaire functionality added to workplace, clients would like to use the new interface for all requests, but for some requests like badge and key they should not be open to anyone to request.

  4. Users have reported confusion about the messages "You're all done" or "Work Completed" that appear when you first get into the OnSite app.
    What's happening is that when opening OnSite for the first time or after a while, the list of WRs for the user is empty.
    The app displays the message "You're all done" while in fact it is synchronising the data.
    After a few seconds (~3s) the list of WRs appears.
    The same happens when you enter a group.

  5. Description:
    We are experiencing an issue when attempting to open checklists after downloading offline data in the OnSite application. Although the offline data appears to download successfully, the system shows a delay or fails to read the data properly when we try to open the checklist.

    From our observation, it seems like the app is not fetching the newly downloaded data and instead continues trying to retrieve older or cached data. This results in slower performance or failure to load checklists as expected.

  6. Maintenance Console
    The ability to unassign and reassign a craftsperson when Work Requests (WR) are in ‘Issued and in Process’ status.

    Context
    For efficiency, the organisation uses the bulk functions to move work requests from ‘Assign to work order’ to ‘Issued in process’. It is very effective in the PM space, where selective craftspersons do preventive maintenance checks/work. However, once it is assigned no means to manage assignments in bulk.

  7. Hi team.

    With the HotelBookingRestrictions parameter, employees can be restricted to a specific building, floor, division, department, team, or a combination of these elements. Valid values are a comma-separated list of the following elements: 'bl', 'fl', 'dv', 'dp', 'team'.

    It would be very useful to add 'bu' (business units) to the parameter restrictions, as it is highly beneficial for allocating expenses by business unit. Currently, clients within a BU have multiple divisions ('dv') or departments ('dp'), which prevents them from using those options. Additionally, a BU may have spaces in more than one building.

  8. In either Workplace or Review Bookings (ab-ht-booking-review.axvw), allow the one making the cancellation to enter a reason for why the booking is being cancelled.

    It could be either from an administrator, from a team lead, booking requestor, or the one being booked for.

    Reasons can vary from any number of reasons. Examples could be, "the room is no longer needed", "the floor will be undergoing renovations at that time", "the space is required for a special event", "the room was booked in error", "staff member X booked a desk for me, but I want to use a different desk".

  11. While filling the checklist in the Onsite App, there is no "." decimal button to add point places.

    Example :
    In the Onsite App, I have a work Request assigned to a technician and he has to fill the checklist.

    While filling the checklist, there is a number field where he need to input the reading of the pressure of a equipment.

    The meter reading value is "34.21"
    In the above value, the user is only able to input 34 value in the number field and there is no point / decimal (".") button in the number keypad.

  12. When a user is trying to find a meeting space, they can filter the available rooms by type, use and arrangement. It would be useful to include more information like:
    - approvals required, offering a choice of configuration / arrangement options where a room has multiple options, etc

  13. Our client is leveraging SSO with MFA, specifically using a hardware security key (YubiKey) for mobile authentication. We are able to verify that this works on a mobile phone using the web browser on the mobile phone (e.g. Chrome and Safari). However, when trying to login to the Mobile App - Mobile Framework 4.0 and Workplace, the MFA is not recognized.

    This is because the Archibus browser used within the mobile app does not support webauthn, which is the technology that allows users to log into a wbsite using a hardware security key.

    1. Reorder the list of 'Completed' work requests via the maintenance console to place transactions with pending verification steps at the top, enabling users to view and prioritize tasks more efficiently

    2. Allow users to apply advanced filters to completed work requests in the maintenance console, specifically to view only those already verified by the maintenance supervisor

  16. In Projects, once a project has been created and then requested, it then needs to be routed for approval. Once an employee has been selected as an approving manager, it is up to that employee to approve or reject it, or else it is stuck in that state.

    If that employee is unavailable for whatever reason (left the organization, no longer in the same role, on vacation, or hit by a bus), that project can not be actioned on.

    I can think of a few solutions to this,

  17. Maintenance of big external infrastructure (airports, stadiums,...) comes with the need to precisly localize external interventions.
    This is feasible through Web central (maintenance console, locate functionality) but not through OnSite while mobility usage is key for maintaining these infrastructures.
    The need to geolocate an intervention and to be geoguided to it is raised by all these kind of clients and is currently an important OnSite missing functionality.

  18. This is a request for SLO (Single Log Out) to be implemented in Smart Client.

    In an environment where SSO (Single Sign On) is implemented, even if users log out of Archibus, if they have not logged out of IdP (Microsoft Entra, Okta, etc.), they can log in without re-authentication.
    However, some clients require re-authentication after logging out of Archibus due to their security policies. Therefore, it is necessary to set it so that you are also logged out of the IdP when you log out of Archibus. This is known as SLO, stands for Single Log Out.
