· Date Started and Date Finished may not be earlier than the Work Request date created (or the date when scheduled)?
· The actual hours cannot be higher than the difference between the actual Time Started and Time Finished. 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM is 1 hour, but you can save 2 Actual hours as an example.
· Cannot add time for a craftsperson if he/she recorded time in the same period on another work request.

Compliance - More than 1 Responsible Person for inspections - Responsible Group?
Currently a compliance event gets assigned to the Responsible Person for the requirement. If there is more than one person performing inspections, it is very tedious and time consuming to have to go into each event (or group of events) and re-assign them to another person.
It would be ideal to have a Responsible Group, similar to a work team in maintenance, that would allow the inspection to appear on the device of all members of the inspection group. This would allow anyone with membership to perform the inspection.

Support for hourly Hotelling bookings
Currently hotelling only allows for booking morning, afternoon or a full day. In the current return to work scenarios, we are seeing more requests for more granular bookings capability.
The specific request is to support hourly bookings based on a start and end time.
We have received comments such as: "It comes up in every demo"

Pass Custom Sort to Exports from Maintenance Console
Regardless of the sort applied, the maintenance console always pushes out/exports data and displays it sorted descending by WR_ID even if a custom sort has been applied (say Location ascending). Clients want the export to come out as they see it within the application. We are asking to make sure any custom filters and sort column selections that have been applied are passed into the Exported file as well.

Merge Reservation and Hoteling Together
Both applications have some key features that the other does have. Implementers are faced with making the decision whether or not to use hoteling or use reservations to satisfy the client requirements.

Automatic assignment of Account codes based on the location?
In organizations that want to integrate with the accounting system. Currently the only way to use account codes is either setup a preventative maintenance procedure to default an account code or to setup an SLA to need to be assigned to a work order. Upon generating the work order, the user can designate the account code. Could it be done in a way where it's more automated, ie building A automatically is account code 11110?

It’s a trap – Room Id Edit in SpaceConsole
Why is the Building-Floor-Room editable in the Space Console? If these are changed it causes problems with the drawing that prevent data from being visible or selectable again.
These fields should be flagged as ReadOnly in the SpaceConsole.I’m not saying these fields should change ReadOnly/Editable everywhere else. There are good reasons to change a room name and there are plenty of places to do it. This just should be one of them. Workplace Applet for Resource Only Reservations
Workplace currently allows booking of meeting rooms. For flexible organisations looking to offer booking of IT, AV tech and work equipment resources, the workplace interface would make an excellent kiosk screen for resource only bookings. In addition to the functions available in web, camera barcoding, checking in / out of resources and equipment would make it a really useful addition for flexible / hybrid working.

UDFs for Properties
A UDF for properties will also be a good thing for referencing Leases.
Properties contain information for registration #, registry # and bylaw # so capturing this data in a UDF Method allows organizations that are in the public sector to leverage the system.

Pre-block Post-block time in Calendar Console
The old timeline had a nice visual representation of Pre-block Post-block time for reservations, but the new Calendar Console lacks that. Please consider adding it. If it's not technically feasible on the calendar, consider other alternatives. One of them could be to list the Pre-block Post-block time in the Reservations Summary panel on the left.

Parts transaction history for Craftpeople and Inventory managers
This recommendation is related with the control that the inventory manager and craftpeople have when they recive parts, by this I mean that both should have like a registry of what parts they have given or recive in order to avoid the wrong manipulation of the parts or losses.
Also, would be good to see all the estimations by work request in an easier way.

Highlights/Borders in floor plan - Hoteling
In Hoteling, a floor plan that has rooms for a different department around another department. It is very confusing as the rooms are not cleary for the highlighted department,. Could we re-introduce the bubbles as a parameter, so rooms can have the bubbles and highlights?

Batch Delete Pending Training for Employees that are inactive
Batch Delete Pending Training for Employees that are inactive. Currently when an employee leaves the organization the only way to delete pending training is to go through each training program and each employee one entry at a time. It would be much more efficient if this could be done in batch by filtering all pending training for an employee. Or some type of automatic removal when an employee is changed to Inactive. This cannot currently be done in Smart Client because of dependencies.

Add function that allows PMP's to be associated to eqstd or/and csiid so that PMS records can be auto-created with a default schedule date. If the PMP holds the interval information and table holding the relationship between csi and/or eq_std. This will allow for a number of useful features
- Quickly assign PMP to new assets
- Check if assets are assigned to the correct PMP's
- Add New PMP's to assets that are already in the system when things change.
- Review what assets need to be updated when/if PMP's are no longer required.

Maintenance Mobile app - Time Validation
If a Craftsperson is using the Mobile Timer feature to record the time and accidentally forgets to turn the time off, there needs to be a validation in place which will automatically turn the time off after say 8 hrs.
Alternatively there should be an easy way for the CF to adjust the time recorded with the timer in case this situation arises.

Compliance questionnaire sections collapsible under headings
When there are a lot of questions under a questionnaire and some do not apply based on the 1st question answered Yes/No, want to collapse the section so the user is not scrolling thru questions to get to the next section.
In this example: a chiller system has 4 chillers, at any one time 1 or up to 4 chillers could be running depending on weather conditions.
That means if only Chiller 3 and 4 are running, the inspector needs to scroll thru all the questions for 1 and 2 to get to their questions for 3 & 4

Space Console VPA based on Organization
The current Space Console views are limited to using VPA by Location and not by Organization. We have to create custom views to apply access restriction by Business Unit/Division/Department to provide almost all of the Space Management functionalities.
Please enable VPA by Organization for all Space Console views so we can use OOTB views.

Retain a view as you switch between views so you do not have to reload a previous view.
Let's say during your internet browsing window, you are in the Space console, where you have already opened up a floor plan, and certain highlights and mid way modifying some data when you realize you need to switch to another view. It would be great if the framework doesn't lose that view when switching so if you can go to another area, say the define locations, then switch back to the say the first view without having to reapply all the setting options.

HTML email builder/previewer
Many other online tools have an html wysiwyg preview that enables the ability of generating a formatted email with a background, headers, images, and links. It would be great if Archibus can display what are the available dynamic links and dynamic values.
For example it would be great to be able to format emails for the purposes of:
- hoteling
- reservations
- work requests
- return agile notifications / contact tracing
