  1. It would be great to have a SR report that captures all of the details submitted in the service request. Report 35 - Service Request Raw Data only provides some information not everything that has been input into the service request.
    If a report like the BOS Report 102 could be created for SRs, that would be beneficial.

  3. For service requests, once you select a move type, large or small, it would be helpful if we could set the number of people for a small move to not be able to select above a specific number (small moves do not exceed 19 ppl) and a large move can not go below a specific number (20) .

  4. Send predefined/created emails to contacts of Service Requests emails e.g. FYI to requester or other contacts.

    Simply click on email template to send that email to pre-defined contact in that email template.

  5. Even if an assignee is set, service requests will still show up as Unassigned in the Status field.

    Could Service Requests be updated so that, if there is an assignee, the status automatically changes to something other than Unassigned?

  11. Default view for Service Requests should be "show mine" as opposed to showing all. This default view should also be available on BOS and Scenario. It saves us from having to search for our "files"

  12. Give users the option to push the move ticket to an associated calendar (either a shared calendar for the whole organization, or a different calendar for each building). This would create a new meeting event on the related calendar with the relevant ticket information included in the meeting description. This would help clients communicate with the move team, as well as have a better understanding of how upcoming moves are currently scheduled. We should support Exchange and Gcal, just like with reservations.
