Service Request Summary Email Parameter
Add a Parameter to Service Request emails to include the summary entered when the Service Request is submitted. This way if someone has multiple Service Requests open they can tell which is which, based off the summary the originally entered. The parameter options available do not include a summary.

Option to default Service Request Assignee to work at the building level instead of region
Please add a configuration option to allow Service Request Assignees to default to building level instead of region level (which is what it is currently).

Export Reports with selected output type
Have all Reports in the Service Request category export with the Output Type selected rather than automatically exporting as the default file type. For example, if a report is selected to export as a PDF, it should export as a PDF rather than automatically exporting as a Word document.

Copy Service Requests
As Business Accommodation Managers, we receive Service Requests that are for various sites around the country. As each site is managed by different Managers, Service Requests that are for multiple sites need to be separate from each other for Business Accommodation Managers to manage and action accordingly.
This involves manually creating service requests that are exactly the same as the original to ensure the manager looking after the relevant sites in the original request can be notified of a Service Request being submitted for them.

Automated Emails to Default People
When I create a Service Request, I want all my default people to receive an automated email notification alerting them that it has been created and they’ve been assigned to a role.
Given the scenario where an instance is set up to use Service Requests and that instance has assigned ‘Default People’ to various roles so they are automatically assigned on creation, Serraview does not currently send the ‘Assignment Notification’ email to people on creation of the Service Request.

Service Request Default Assignee Location Options
Currently, the Default People feature only allows for configuration at the Region level. The Location option needs to allow for lower level options - i.e. city, building, etc. In our instance, we have multiple planners per region and as a result cannot use this default feature. Service Requests are currently manually reviewed and assigned one by one. This is labor intensive and takes unnecessary time.

Service Request View for Default Users
Default users have access to Service Requests so they can submit requests; however, the provides them the option to see ALL submitted requests. We need an option to customize permissions for default users so they can only see requests they have submitted, as confidential information may be included in these requests. Even if not confidential, default users should not have access to move requests for an entire company.

Allow Service Request Detail Pages to Open in a New Browser Tab or Window
Sometime I want to open multiple service request in separate browser tabs or windows so I can easily flick between them. 'Open link in new tab/window' is not available in the right click menu and ctrl + left click does not work either.

Automate Individual Adds/Moves from Service Request
As a Space Planner, I want employees submitting tickets for new starters or individual moves to be able to select the vacant seat that they'd like their person to move into and have the system automatically hold that seat for the new starter/employee who's moving so that I don't have a ton of manual work to do to service the request.

Navigation within Service Requests
The arrows to navigate in service requests to "previous" and "next" would make searching easier considering the location is not visible on the grid and the service requests needs to be open in order to see what location were submitted for and assign responsible person.

Is it possible on the below screen shot attachment to add a column so we can see who the requester is? It would save a lot of time if this was easily viewable rather then viewing each one individually – I know we can use the search function but I feel adjusting the below is better.
