Sort Favorite / Favourite Reports by Report Number
As a SV user,
I would like favorited (starred) reports to automatically be sorted by report number
So that I can more easily find the report I'm looking for.Currently, the reports are ordered chronologically, according to when you added the report to the favorites list. You have to click on the ID column to sort by number.

Real time utilization reporting
Have the ability to generate and view SVLive utilization reporting in real-time rather than the current 1-day delay. This is particularly important from a BCP perspective.

Expand "Report generated..."
Certain reports in Serraview are generated with a "Report generated [insert date]" subheading.
This is incredibly useful for referencing older reports, however what the line does not tell reveal is whether that report was generated against 'Current Data' at the time, or against a 'Snapshot.' This is critical information to know.
I would love to see this additional data added to the field.

Report 22 labels overlap
Report 22 (floorplan block) labels overlap if they are too close or too large instead of dynamically adjusting to fit the area.

Additional Report Detail Needed in help.serraview.com
Descriptions and screenshots exist for built-in reports in help.serraview.com. Additional details would prove very helpful such as including the formulas for calculations and an explanation of each column header.

How is Utilization calculated? Define "Unknown" and "Visitor" under Entrants.

Building Stack graph against multiple buildings
Report 46 is a great report detailing my team stacks against each building.
1 - Can we rebuild this report in Insights?

Reports tab organization
Make it easier to search and sort reports by:
- Better category and labels for reports
- Consistency in the naming of reports, so that it identifies which data is included in a report
- Hide reports with no data because the respective module isn't in use (like Serraview Live reports)13 votes -

Flex Seating Business Unit Dashboard
As a Relationship Manager, I want to provide my business units with a monthly space performance dashboard.
The dashboard should show:
- what space is allocated to the BU

Flex Seating Capacity Dashboard
As a Space Planner I want to see a simple dashboard that shows me how much flex seating capacity I have based on the target occupancy ratios I have set.
This dashboard should show:
- #Total WPS
- #Flex WPS
- #Fixed WPS
- Target Seating Ratio (Average)
- Flex Seating Capacity (WPS * Target Seating Ratio)
- Occupancy (Assignments)
- Opportunity (Capacity less Occupancy)
- $/Person (at capacity)The dashboard should allow me to see high level numbers, the quickly drill down into particular locations.
