Colors on BOS
Have the different teams colored (like in VBS) so you could see who belongs to the team when assigning the seat.

Export move service request data into a BOS to avoid re-entering the same data that was already captured in Service request
Clients place a large move into a service request and data was visible however there is not an easy way to transfer this Data the into into BOS. looking to add an export to BOS feature from service request.

BOS Toggle Button
Would be nice to change the defaults in BOS regarding the publishing toggle buttons of Removing Existing Occupant and Removing the Space Allocation that are always on. We would prefer them to be off as a standard so we do not accidently displace someone into being unseated.

Report 88: BOS Arriving Locations Report
The BOS - Arriving Locations report (#88) needs some re-vamping. Currently, the list of all employees in a neighborhood are physically listed on the floorplan, next to the letter shown in a KEY in a table at the bottom of the report.
That could mean a very long list of employees that covers up much of the floorplan.
Can the report be modified to list these associates in the table at the bottom of the report, instead?

Adding a tab to the BOS Sheet
When making large moves or entire building optimizations, there are many pieces of equipment that need special handling, but aren't tied to a specific person...
Example: if there are large storage cabinets that contain PHI or other sensitive information, I would love to be able to track that in a BOS sheet, to have a better handle on these items vs a generic furniture move. Items like these would not be tied to a specific person, therefore would not have a "spot" on the BOS sheet.
I propose having another tab on the BOS sheet for "Business Moves." See attachment

Show Published Moves defaults to being checked after phase is published
In the filter section of the BOS grid, there is a box for Show Published Moves. Could this default to automatically being checked (or give the option for it to be automatically checked) after the phase is published?

BOS Sort and Filter
As a Move Manager,
I would like better sort and filter options in the BOS UI
So that I can more easily get to the information I need to access.Currently, you can only sort based on the occupant name. It would be nice to be able to sort by to/from location, Workstation type, and/or other details.
The filter options in BOS show data from the entire portfolio, rather than data specific to the particular move project a user is in. It would be helpful if the filters for Team, From Floors, and To Floors display/allow you to select only…

A name search in BOS to pull recent BOS moves the employee was included in.
As there will be multiple users making changes to seating of employees. I would like to see the ability to search the name and see recent BOS moves they were a part of and who created that BOS move. This will help understanding errors and how they occurred.

Rename Move phases
In the previous version we had the ability to rename move phases. In V3 we can only use the autogenerated phase numbers - 1, 2 etc. Allowing us to assign specific names to the move phase will make it easier to manage the phases as the name will relate to a specific activity.

Can't enter new asset assignments in BOS, need to update Assets (ie locker assignments) in the Asset module as a separate step

Can Serraview BOS create Placards for us during moves for our vendors?
Wondering if we can get BOS to generate move Placards for our Move Vendors? We currently manually do a Mail Merge to make signage placards or labels (see attached PDF for example) but if Serraview can automatically generate one based on the BOS information, this would save us a lot of time.

Automatically put Workpoints included in a BOS On-Hold
As a Relocation Manager, as I'm planning a major move in BOS, I'd like the system to automatically mark all destination workpoints as "on hold for future move" (retention status) in BAU so that I can get a sense of what spaces really are available.

Better BOS Publishing Warning
A better warning pop up message to show that in case you are publishing unintended changes it will show for
example: "Warning you will be publishing there will be 100 unallocated workpoints, can you confirm this is correct?" This is to prevent user mistakes in case they did not intend to do this.

Create new neighborhood for BOS
As part of back to work planning, I am looking to mark out new neighborhoods where I will place staff in their teams as they re-enter the office.
While I can create a new Neighborhood and block it in Scenario Planner, this information is not available to me in BOS to use as a Destination for a person.7 votes -
Improve Usability for destinations for Neighborhoods / Flexi Teams
As a MAC planner, I want to be able to click and drag someone to a Neighborhood, flexi team on the Move Desk Allocation (Floorplan) view to assign the destination location. Currently I have no labels or desk shading to tell me where flexi or Neighborhoods are on a floorplan and the click and drag function assigns a person to a desk.

BOS Migration Manager Filter
