Duplicate or Copy Scenario Plan
As a space planner, I'd like the option to duplicate existing scenario plan move projects.

I used to duplicate Scenarios often in 2.66. Often in planning you know what the first round of moves may include, but want to scenario plan afterwards. Now the plan has to recreated from scratch every time - wasting a lot of time, particularly when the Scenario planning can only be done at Section level.

This type of feature would come in handy when trying to plan for Back2Work scenarios. Don't want to have to setup a previous scenario to add to it for the new one.
