Notification ability like the Global Health Declaration except customisable by office to allow us to alert resident or non-resident team members regarding different aspects of different offices, eg. Induction needed, reduced office hours, H&S info which can vary office to office

This would be a great feature to save us relying on other systems to alert people to important information and be able to reach all the right people.
