  2. This is Maggy Hanna from Evercore. I am currently in the middle of developing our Eptura instance and we noticed that within the Move module, when you select approve from the drop down, it does not automatically change the status to approve. This is a confusing user experience, and although I can appreciate most of your customers don't use the feature this way, there should be an option to configure it so it does change the status. Locking in features so it is so unchangeable is not the best user experience overall.

  3. Dear Eptura Team,

    I would like to request an enhancement to the reservation module within Eptura Workplace. It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to upload and display photos of reservable spaces. This feature would allow users to view images of the different spaces available before making a reservation, helping them select the option that best suits their specific needs.

  4. The RFID tags would be incredibly helpful with TVA’s furniture assets. We currently have bar code stickers on much of the furniture to track our inventory, but there was no consistency on where the stickers were placed.

    Exhibit #1: Some tall bookcases have their inventory bar code sticker on the back corner of the bookcase, which is impossible to access if the bookcase is loaded down with books and other (usually heavy) items.

    Exhibit #2: Some of our mobile peds have their inventory bar code stickers inside the top drawer, which is impossible to access if the employee has locked…

  5. I would like to be able to filter webhooks by the service ticket category. There are issues that are generated when they are not needed and there is no issue based on the ticket category.
