  2. Currently the emails sent to hosts when visitors are checked in have confusing verbiage that the visitor checked in "at Desktop" and does not pertain at all to where the host needs to greet their guest.

    Would also like to see more content of this email able to be edited by the administrators to create a better experience for our customers and their guests.

  3. Can we make it so all Eptura users can hover over a workstation (in Reservations/Space Availability) and see who reserved it? Right now only admins can do that. It would be useful for everyone on our system to be able to see the names.

  7. Hi,

    I was wondering if it was possible to add function to allow us to delete Markers from the floor plans on mass instead of deleting them one by one.

  8. Additional fields for meeting rooms that capture capacities for different furniture configurations like u-shape, campfire, hybrid, conference, classroom, theater. We only have total capacity now. PLUS Also a way to note if the room can be combined with another to create a larger room.

  9. TRAC does not send confirmation/completion emails to entered requester. I create print requests on behalf of customers. I can enter customer's email from directory or manually, but TRAC does not send confirmation/completion emails to beneficiary (original requester). TRAC SHOULD send those auto emails.

  11. It would be ideal if we could change the size of the text for the legend/stats in the titleblock. Some plans when we print the stats are so small.

  13. Eptura Service Requests - Users should not see or be able to associate an asset to a service request. This section is hidden when customers are submitting the request but if they open the request up, they see the 'Edit', 'Service History' and 'Edit Asset' buttons and are able to change update some of the information.

  14. Hummingbird does not have a "View All" option for service requests like the desktop has, and it should. Not having the same search creates a confusing experience for the customer when they are quickly trying to alert service teams of an issue. For example, an air conditioning request could be named "air conditioning", "HVAC", "Too Cold"/"Too Hot," etc. which makes searching impossible if the request type names aren't known by the customer and takes extra time if they end up submitting on the desktop when they get back to their computer.

  15. As an admin I would like the images in Hummingbird on the main screen when a user does not have reservations, service requests or mail to be removed or made smaller or have the option to remove/replace in order to view promo content easier.

  16. As an admin, I would like the Reservation Promo content feature to allow for an image to be copy/paste or stored in Eptura instead of a public URL in order to not have to set up a separate public site for internal information.

  17. When we reload the page, it doesn't stay on the same one; instead, it resets everything... We need to discover a method that allows us to refresh the page while remaining on the current page, rather than losing all the data and having to re-enter all the information again.

  18. Can you visually see by hierarchy where teams are reserved? It's difficult to find where my team is working without typing in each person's name to find where they are. We need something simpler.

  19. When the request location gets updated, it updates the center that the request location is in. So for example, if I update a request from a Florida office to an Atlanta office, it will place the request in the center that the Atlanta office is assigned to. I should then be able to assign the request to an operator within that center.

  20. I've noticed that the reports that I generate that contain bar graphs or pie charts, don't actually show you the totals if you go to print. Meaning, If you select a bar it will show you the qty if you hover over it with your mouse.

    How do I generate a printout of a graph/chart that contains the actual numbers?

    I know you can export using different selected outputs but how do I get the chart/graph along with the numbers without re-creating myself?
