Enabling default group selection and default floor selection on mobile to narrow down search results for Meeting Spaces
- A User of Condeco Unified Mobile App (either on iOS or on Android) has the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Personal spaces
- However, the user doesn’t have the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Meeting Spaces
Suggestion : Enabling default group selection and default floor selection to narrow down search results for Meeting Spaces will improve the User Experience

Application Setup Floor Plans Take Too Much Clicking Around
When moving between floor plans in the Application Set Up, it's frustrating to have to click a different floor and then click back on the original floor just to make updates and changes. There should be an ability to return back to the editing section of the same floor without having to jump around!

Allow for password reset on mobile device
Allow the mobile app to reset a forgotten password. if you are in route and forget your password, you are unable to check in or book a desk. The whole idea of this app for us due to covid is to do this BEFORE you get to the office.

Booking on Behalf of Others
Would be great if the system had the ability to book a desk on someone's behalf in the event they can't access the system or someone doesn't have a GI account but is planning on visiting Shell House and requires a desk.

Login with Azure SSO app
Allow the app to login using Azure SSO with user and device based authentication. This could be done directly through the Azure SSO app or using the Edge browser. The setting could be controlled by an admin with an app configuration policy that could also include the Condeco URL. This would allow for a few seamless user experience and a more secure login.

Can we enable support for containerizing the mobile app by supporting key value pairs for software like Blackberry UEM?
I would like to manage the deployment of the Condeco mobile apps by using UEM. Specifically, we use Blackberry UEM and we need the Condeco app to support key value pairs to help customize the app within our private store for employees.

Ignore Room Capacity on mobile app
Meeting rooms are currently subject to a reduced capacity due to Covid. In Global Setup - Room Booking we have the 'Ignore Room Capacity' option set to True. This is so that when searching for a room via Outlook users can still invite e.g. 10 people even though most rooms can currently only take 5 people, the remaining attendees will join the meeting via Teams.
In the web application this works fine - searches return all rooms.
But in the mobile app the room capacity is still applied to search results.

Ability to delete bookings from outlook calendar via Engage app
Currently you can "Add to Outlook" when booking a meeting space via the Engage mobile app, however, when you delete a booking via the mobile app there is no option to "Also delete Outlook calendar Event" like there is via the web.

Setup times are ignored when booking via the app and display
Hello,
For bookings made via the display and via the app, the setup times configured for the rooms are being ignored. For all rooms, only “post-event” setup times are configured, and these should be applied regardless of the booking channel and regardless of whether catering has been or can be booked. Please support.

Support for more complex working patterns
Can the booking parameters be upgraded to allow monthly and weekly constraints within the same rule? For instance:
The ability to offer 20 booking slots in a 4 week period (10 days every 4 week) but we don’t want users to be able to book any more than 3 days (6 slots) in a week.1 vote -
interactive floorplan
Coming from Workplace, the floorplan experience in Engage feels very dated, and a low end product. Workplace has the interactive CAD based floorplans that allow users to search locations, ping desks or rooms, and reserve spaces directly from both the floorplan and calendar views.
In Engage, we are currently limited to uploading PDFs and manually placing dots for conference rooms, offices, and workstations. This is very time consuming and not practical for larger environments.

Add hourly personal space groups to floor plan
We currently operate the Floor Plan feature by allocating All Day Personal Space Groups to the floor plan, then assign the resources, however it is not currently possible to add Hourly Personal Space Groups to the floor plan.
Would it be possible to add this option to the feature?
