  1. When I end earlier a meeting via the Condeco screen, there is a synchronization with Outlook and so, all the attendees receive an update about this past meeting.
    In this case, users don't want to receive this update notification in Outlook, because the meeting has already ended.
    So please, don't synchronize the meetings which are ending earlier

  2. For groups that are set to bump meetings that are not checked in, and/or for Condeco screens that will bump a meeting if not checked in, we should have a Bump Reminder email sent, 5 minutes prior to the meeting being bumped. This would reminder users they must check in or lose the reservation.

    This reminder exists for the desk booking but not for the room booking. (And it should be compatible with the use of Device Hub)

  3. You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administrator access (Group Admin).
    Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request.
    And as a moderator, he can book the room the same day via Condeco website.

    As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.

    In our org, we have managed spaces by some moderators and their distribution list has been added to the email template.
    Currently if someone books a meeting via condeco web to the managed space, the group approver will receive the email template.
    However if the user books the managed space in outlook (smart calendar) , the email template does not get triggered.
    Would like to have the same experience for both outlook web and outlook.

  6. We have an issue when a board meeting is going on. We need to create a floating group for 30 people and assign a QR code to each floating desk. We keep it in the book for users to scan. This is very urgent, as we have a board meeting scheduled for the upcoming week. This security concern is for safety reasons.

    We have around 50 desks in the office, and for the board meeting, so many people are coming to the office or the annual function, we would like to have a command QR code that can scan more…

  9. To improve booking flexibility and optimize space usage, I suggest creating an interaction layer between Personal Spaces (PS) and Hourly Personal Spaces (HPS). This would allow both resource types to offer the same physical space with different booking options—either by time blocks (AM/PM) or by the hour. Combining these into a single interface would be needed as well.


    Why This Matters

    Currently, PS and HPS operate independently, which can lead to underutilized availability. By linking them:

    Users could book a space for a full AM or PM session via PS.

  10. When booking a desk via the Teams app, it would be ideal for users to see the floor plan and who has booked desks nearby, rather than just the desk number. This would help people choose the right desk, as most users aren't aware of desk numbers, and it would also allow them to see where their colleagues are located.

  12. The personal spaces are setup as expected where only the group admins have the ability to move the green dots around. But in hourly resource booking, looks like if there are 2 groups on the same building and floor, both the group admins will have access to each other's resource green dots on the floor plan which is inconvenient and not ideal. Considering changing this will be great.

  13. An admin should be able to add a delay in the camera so that it doesn't start scanning whichever qr it locates first.

    So in order for the user to have enough time to point to the correct qr code and then for the camera to scan it there should an option for adding a certain delay.

  16. We have the "copy to outlook" button permanently checked - can we please have the option to have the "Also delete outlook calendar event" permanently checked as well?

    Also, admins should have the option to delete the outlook calendar events. Only the person who booked the meeting has the check box option. This is causing a lot of issues with bookings currently at our firm.

  17. Our firm has the "copy to outlook" button checked automatically - when this box is checked, it eliminates the option to use the linked rooms feature - suggestion is to be able to use this functionality when checked

    additionally, when using the linked rooms function - please allow us to pick the primary room

  18. Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  19. Getting to the floor plan is tedious as it requires entering information in a few fields, such as choosing your team and the date before the floor plan is displayed. It would really help to be able to navigate directly to the floor plan without choosing a date (it could default to the current date, and this should be made obvious on screen once the user is on the floor plan; this information is actually lacking at the moment.   20. The booking is being removed from the Condeco device; however, it still appears in the Condeco portal. Is there a way to ensure the booking is automatically deleted from the portal as well when it's cancelled?
