  1. In smart client if I want to view to table, I open the view, but if I want to check another table, I have to close the current view to open another table view, and then if I want to go back to the first view I was looking at again I need to close the current view to open the previous one. This all becomes very frustrating.

    So this suggestion is to have option to open these views in additional tabs so you can open multiple ones at the same time.

  2. When making changes to a specific role, make it possible to only flush changes for the role(s) that were changed rather than all roles.
    When there are 80 users in the system, it is hard to implement a quick change to 1 role because flushing kicks out all users in the system.

  3. As an admin I can delete bookings one at a time from the floor map and the end user is not updated. I would like to see the same ability (either by check box or switch to toggle the ability to send the notification )

  4. It would be helpful to filter for work requests that have a Checklist from within the Maintenance Console Filter.

    In addition, the ability to see the checklist embedded in the Work Request Details view would be extremely helpful. Once a wr is completed and closed, using the Search and Manage would allow the ability to still review the checklist and results that pertain to that work request.
    I understand the Maintenance Survey Report is available, but this is difficult to navigate and having it right with the wr is ideal.

  5. When toggling highlights, users can turn on multiple highlights at once; however this functionality is not enabled for the room standards. Room standards tab is a single select where as the other highlights are multi-select.

At the moment, if you would like to change the formatting or text that shows up in an email that is sent to the requestor of a reservation, you are required to change the Java coding that creates the emails. This is very time consuming and is extremely inconvenient to the client whenever they wish to make a change.
    In the BO emails and the Move emails, you can go directly in to the record on the messages table and make the change. The change then shows up immediately.

  9. Add a new type Archibus in the field definition : 'URL' or link
    When the field is in a grid / repport, display the value with a link to open directly the url in a new tab of the browser.
    When the field is in a form, a button to open the url in a new tab.
    When you save a new URL; chek the format of the data (http://... or ftp...) and url formated.

  10. In the Building Operations Console, it would be nice if after a work request is selected or opened it becomes highlighted in the Building Operations Console so that it can be easily found one the detailed work request window is closed.

    This is especially true for users that oversee a high volume of work requests.

  12. It would be nice to split the timeout duration of the ACP and PACP users.

    ACP users are generally the heavy users of the system who are doing the bulk of work in the system using the big consoles for Space/Leasing/BldgOps/etc for regular reporting and edit of data. These users would benefit from a longer idle timeframe due to longer work usage in the system.

    PACP users generally are quick low use users. This are the logging in just to make enter a single BldgOps ticket or make a Hotel/Room Reservation. These users rarely use the system for greater than…

In the Room Reservation workflow on the Workplace portal, it would be great for an employe to be able to bring up room information (to include an image of the space) from the floor plan, before selecting "Book" - this allows an employee to gain a better understanding of the space before they book it. Suggestion: an "Info" icon that displays on the Book Room pop-up that the employee can drill into, before hitting the "Book" button.

  14. Move procedure type from PM to PMS to allow Location or Equipment PM to be the same PM instead of having to create two

    Replace air filters for this building

  16. Fields added via Promoted Fields for Rooms show up on the edit form in space console. Would be nice to be able to include those fields in the Filter console (Advanced Search).

    This would greatly enhance the drawing highlights and space console functionality:

    New Field - Tornado Shelter (Yes/No field)

    Filter for Tornado Shelter = Yes

    Any of the drawing highlights would only highlight w/ Tornado Shelter set to Yes (vs. just a highlight which would highlight both Yes and No rooms)

  17. Though we can limit the number of days in advance that employees can book desks, we would also like to limit the number of consecutive days. For example, we might allow bookings 30 days in advance, but we do not want an employee to book all 30 days. A new parameter could limit the number of consecutive days (e.g., two).

  18. Writing upon request. There has been some effort to generate some linear asset functionality within Archibus as a extension. However, we are asking that the features are available as a more permanent module or be part of asset management. Such assets to manage include but are not limited to: sewer, water lines, wastewater, roads, sidewalks, eletrical lines, telecommunication lines and more.

    Archibus would ideally need to be able to do the following:
    - track inventory - linear assets tend to have tracking related to the length (for example, in km), condition, age, risk, remaining life

  19. In BOC, when a ticket is rejected, a requester has the ability to update/cancel. Where a client requests directly through workplace (having no access to maintenance console), there is no update/cancel option in the view service requests view. The request is no longer visible to maintenance staff and sits in the pending status.
