  1. Reservations calendar console - My Reservations - minifilter requires english value "Cancelled" instead of german "Storniert".

    The mini console search doesn’t reflect localized terms as expected. Based on our current system behavior, the search functionality uses English keywords by default, regardless of the selected locale.

    For software used internationally, it's essential to adapt languages ​​consistently. It must be configurable, not hard-coded.

  2. Clients would like to see some non-asset text in Space Console for Exporting to PDFs. However, they do not want to see all notes, references and other non-asset text. Assigning all text to one layer limits the purpose of exporting the space console drawing to PDFs.

    Allowing for text to remain on their CAD-assigned layer will allow customers to cut down on the number of drawing files to maintain and help in promoting Exporting to PDF

  3. I would like to enable the BIM Viewer to highlight rooms that span across different floors.

    Currently, the BIM Viewer is designed to highlight only rooms on the same floor. However, we have received user requests to support highlighting rooms located on different floors as well.

    This feature would be particularly useful for cross-sectional comparison and visualization of rooms that belong to the same category or type, thereby enhancing usability.

    Starting from version 2024.04, it has become possible to highlight rooms on different floors when launching the BIM Viewer via the "Show in BIM Viewer" icon added to the Space…

    1. Reorder the list of 'Completed' work requests via the maintenance console to place transactions with pending verification steps at the top, enabling users to view and prioritize tasks more efficiently

    2. Allow users to apply advanced filters to completed work requests in the maintenance console, specifically to view only those already verified by the maintenance supervisor

  4. It would be a great idea to integrate G-Chat. Rather than using emails for notifications, to send a ping or notification via Google Chat would be a great option.

Right now if the Book meeting space function is turned on the option to use it is available for all buildings on the Workplace dashboard even if they have no meeting rooms defined and marked as reservable. Is it possible to get the system to only display this function on the workplace dashboard if the building selected has defines meeting room spaces. If not the the Book meeting rooms option would not be available on the workplace dashboard.
    This should also apply to Booking workspaces.

  6. Description:
    We are experiencing an issue when attempting to open checklists after downloading offline data in the OnSite application. Although the offline data appears to download successfully, the system shows a delay or fails to read the data properly when we try to open the checklist.

    From our observation, it seems like the app is not fetching the newly downloaded data and instead continues trying to retrieve older or cached data. This results in slower performance or failure to load checklists as expected.

  7. Maintenance Console
    The ability to unassign and reassign a craftsperson when Work Requests (WR) are in ‘Issued and in Process’ status.

    Context
    For efficiency, the organisation uses the bulk functions to move work requests from ‘Assign to work order’ to ‘Issued in process’. It is very effective in the PM space, where selective craftspersons do preventive maintenance checks/work. However, once it is assigned no means to manage assignments in bulk.

    Use cases:
    1) When a craftsperson leaves the organisation, changes roles, or moves somewhere else, there is no means to reassign issued WR to another person in bulk. The substitute…

  8. When setting up connectors with large files, if there are issues w/ data in the file or the setup of the connector, we have to wait until the connector completes. Sometimes this can take a REALLY long time.

    It would be nice to be able to stop the connector process so that adjustments can be made to the connector config OR to the file that is being loaded.

    Current issue: The API provides no usage control mechanisms
    
    No quotas: No way to limit the number of requests per user or API key
    
    No monitoring: No access to usage stats, error rates, or response times
    
    No throttling: No traffic regulation to prevent abuse or overload

  10. A single user would then become a part of multiple user roles either increasing their ability to view/access areas of Archibus or gradually restricting their access / VPA as roles are assigned to them.
    Therefore a user with more than one role would see all the processes for all the roles and apply all their VPA restrictions.
    This would allow admins to create roles per application (for example) and assign those to different users

  11. When a user is trying to find a meeting space, they can filter the available rooms by type, use and arrangement. It would be useful to include more information like:
    - approvals required, offering a choice of configuration / arrangement options where a room has multiple options, etc

  12. The OnSite app contains documents and can open external URLs that can take you out of the app to open the mobile browser following the external URL.

    I would like to see the reverse: from an external web page, I would like the ability to open the OnSite app (if installed on the device)

    That would be a link like "onsite://" or whatever the correct equivalent is for the official Eptura OnSite app.

    As a further enhanced feature on top of that, it would be great if the OnSite app even supported deeper links into the app.

    Something like "onsite://workrequests/123"…

  13. I would like to be able to automatically close a work request after the specified number of days from the verified date as well, not only completed date.

    Currently, a work request is able to close automatically after the number of days specified in the application parameter "CloseDaysAfterWrDateCompleted" have passed since its completed date.
    If there are still Verification or Survey steps remaining in the work request, it will not be automatically closed. However if the steps are done and a specified number of days have passed since the completed date, it will be automatically closed on that day. This…

  14. I add equipment to floorplan via Space Console, if I have a job for that particular piece of equipment on onsite app, I only want that shown on floorplan, not all equipment, there are too many assets/equipment in one location making it harder to locate.

  15. "Close WO/WR" process has been coded long time ago with a SQL that is unefficient and many times produces errors or deadlocks. After discussing this with many BPs, we have agreed that a complete analysis with re-desing and re-coding from scratch should be performed in this process (considering not only the closing of an individual WO/WR but also the batch closing of many of them and also the AutoClose WFR).

  16. Add a button to edit reservation details and add resources in the Outlook web add-in.

    This button can be a direct link to a Web Central view of the room reservation for the current meeting, which displays some general info about the reservation (reservation code), and grids showing the reserved resources (catering and others), with the option to add / remove resources.

  18. When a user accesses the Workplace landing page and does not have a default building assigned to them, they get the full list of buildings in the system regardless of if they have bookable workspaces or are even active buildings. Can the original list of buildings be limited to buildings that have bookable workspaces?
