  1. Starting from 2022.02 seems that there is no more option to disable prepared statements globally in web central.

    You need to take each parameter one by one and replace the ? value in original sql. If the parameter is of type date the thing is even more complex as you need to convert the date string into date object (to_date(……).
    So for debug purposes these are almost useless.

    My suggestion is to update DbConnectionImpl class and to adapt these 2 methods and use them instead of just logging the original sql string. This should work for Oracle

  2. Add the ability to use the date to perform (or similar) field instead of a certain number of days when setting up an SLA.

    Example: User submits a Conf. Room Setup request, these requests can vary widely in when they need to be performed. Some users submit them a week ahead, some users submit them a month ahead. Using the time to perform as the due date would alleviate the issue of setting a specific numbers of days to perform.

  3. If you structure/name you layer in AutoCAD to match some standards the layer names often contains character like a ..

    But having a . (dot) in a layer name breaks the redlining as the picture that contains the redlining cannot be generated.

  4. Currently you can apply a security group to a service request type to restrict it in the Web Central "Create Service Request" view. This restriction should be carried over to workplace.

    With the questionnaire functionality added to workplace, clients would like to use the new interface for all requests, but for some requests like badge and key they should not be open to anyone to request.

  5. Add a filter option in the manage service level agreements task to search for specific checklists.

    This would allow users to search for outdated checklists that need to be removed/replaced

  6. When creating user-defined fields, there are instances where two colors with similar shades are generated for different fields (see attached picture). According to the documentation, the highlight color is chosen randomly. I believe there should be an option to manually adjust these colors in case two very similar ones are used.

  7. In Maintenance Console when I open a WR that has 3 priority P2, P4 and P5 (with default priority being P2) and I changed its priority from P2 to P5, then in the activities of the WR, I see that I changed the priority from 1 to 3, which are the order of the priorities, not their label.

    It would be better to display the label, e.g. Changed Priority from P2 to P5.

  9. With version V20224-02 it is no longer possible to display apostrophe characters in the ID fields. They can still be saved, but the data record can no longer be displayed afterwards. This behavior occurs in many places in the system.
    One example is the employee definition screen. Although the employee RONALD.MC'DONALD (em_id) can be saved there, the data record can no longer be displayed afterwards. It would be nice if the behavior could be restored.

  10. For tagging/emailing from work requests in the maintenance console please add the following:

    1. add the option to email non-Archibus users (external emails)

    2. add a cc'd function so that all the people that are tagged are on the same email instead of separate ones

    3. The option to enter a sender email address. Such that when a client replies to an email from the maintenance console, it goes to the person sent the email from the maintenance console by default, or if selected, the sender email address specified.

  11. Can we have a "dark mode" option for the browser version of "Archibus" and "Onsite" on the phone, for those of us who are photo sensitive. Dark mode also reduces energy consumption.

  12. When a user leaves the company, we set their account to Disabled. We would like an automated way to be able to locate and cancel that employee's future Workplace bookings thus freeing up the workspaces they had booked.

  13. Enhancement request – Our customer is requesting that “Project Type” be added as a filter option from Projects | Monitor | View Active Projects Timeline. This filter option is provided on all of the other reports and views under the Monitor submenu. This is how our customer’s Managers will be filtering their projects.

  14. In Workspace Booking, users can view the available spaces within a building without needing to click on each building. However, in Meeting Space Booking, the available spaces are not displayed directly. This requires users to click on each building individually to check availability, which can be time-consuming and less user-friendly.

    Proposed Improvement:
    Add a feature to Meeting Space Booking that displays the number of available spaces next to each building, like Workspace Booking.

  15. For PMs that need to be completed within the month they are created, there is no way to specify "last day of the month" as the Due Date. Since the number of days in the month varies, some months the 30 day due date works and the date due is the last day, but and in other months, its the 1st of the next month.

  16. The checklist provide an option to create a service request. Depending on the answer to the follow-up question, the maintenance survey report can be displayed in three different ways.
    Screenshots are available in the File tab.

    Example
    When the answer to the question is "No," the option is set to enable the creation of a service request

  18. Create the ability to redline lease terms once templates have been applied to agreements. We have a requirement to track changes on a lease-by-lease basis made to lease terms. Printing or PDFing the agreement would have the option of printing either the redlined or final altered document.

  19. The Save button disappears as the user scrolls down through data entry views. Users often click the button in the lower right-hand corner without reading it - it is a CLOSE button. This causes the user to lose their work.

  20. Users are becoming more dependent on the Workplace app and never need to log in to WebCentral for any of their tasks (ie. workspace bookings only)
    It would be convenient to add a 'Forgot Password' link to the Workplace App login page
