  1. We are experiencing an issue with the Maintenance Survey Report in our system. Specifically, we are unable to determine when each individual checklist item was entered. This makes it challenging to track and verify the timing of data entries for our maintenance activities.

    Issue Details:
    Desired Screen: Maintenance Survey Report.
    Current Problem: The report does not display the input time for each individual checklist item.
    Our Request: We would like the input time for each checklist item to be displayed in the Maintenance Survey Report, similar to how it appears in Report Central.

  2. We are experiencing an issue when attempting to export equipment information in bulk from the Equipment System Console. It appears that there is a limit of 103 items, and we are unable to export more than this number. We regularly need to export equipment data across all sites, so it's important for us to resolve this limitation.

    We are curious about the system's structure regarding data export:
    In the Equipment Registration/Edit screen, we are able to export all equipment data without any limitations.
    However, in the Equipment System Console, we are unable to do so.

  3. For many clients it is important to keep an official track of the maintenance activity completion and acceptation (legal constraints for sensitive industries such as transport, pharma, defence,...).
    e-signature of the WR through OnSite is often requested by our clients/prospects and would be a key evolution for this application.

  4. Maintenance of big external infrastructure (airports, stadiums,...) comes with the need to precisly localize external interventions.
    This is feasible through Web central (maintenance console, locate functionality) but not through OnSite while mobility usage is key for maintaining these infrastructures.
    The need to geolocate an intervention and to be geoguided to it is raised by all these kind of clients and is currently an important OnSite missing functionality.

  6. In the Maintenance Console, it would be nice to have the ability to save filters.
    OOTB, they are saved in the recent filters but it has 2 drawbacks: 1. there is a limit in term of the number of filter saved that way. 2. they disappear when users clear their cache (which happens every time there is a new deployment).

  7. SaaS clients not happy with output options OOTB from the Space Console.
    The readability is not there.

  8. Accessibility is a requirement for my agency and the end user/workplace landing page can be difficult for those with limited sight to view. Furthermore, booking a space through the CAD drawing view, is near impossible with those with sight issues. A default view would be helpful if a voice command option is not.

  10. Would like ways for the Emergency Teams to identify that they are at a location or a building has been cleared. And for that to be indicated on a map.
    Better ways to identify the damage to a room and the repair status. (This may be done with the work order system, but it's not clear)

  11. We are looking for a way to simply pull up highlighted floorplans and see the details (rmcat, dv, dp, area, employee (primary and secondary assignments) and pictures we have attached to the rooms. We do not need to mark up but ideally we could select the building off a map or from the list. We do not need surveys, but would like to be able to apply the security roles to the mobile app.

  13. Update the drawing viewer in Move Scenario Planner to use common drawing control and tools - similar to space console.

    In fact, all drawing viewers should be updated to use a common drawing controller vs. one-offs from each other.

  15. If a problem report ticket is issued with equipment information linked to it, the maintenance history linked to the equipment can be displayed and viewed on the maintenance work console screen.

    But if you open the ticket information on the work request search screen, you cannot see the maintenance history.

  16. Notification should be sent to the worker/craftperson when the responsible person validates the checklist answer with a "No"?

    This will allow worker to keep the track of any faults / errors reported while inspection

  17. For higher ed, all assignable space appears as occupiable, but that does not mean that it would be assigned an occupant.

    1. We need a way to identify what room types should be included in the calculation for employee capacity and included in the highlights for occupancy/vacancy. And/Or

    2. A way to identify what types of spaces we want to show on the highlights for occupancy.

    For example, we would typically only assign employees to research labs or offices. We need those spaces to show up as available, not a conference room, classroom, or file room. However, all these roomtypes need to…

  20. My client has foundations, and space. We're implementing move management and have discovered that the Move Actions option 'Generate Work Request?' does not actually generate any records in the Service Console.

    These standard options are very misleading to clients, who are expecting their teams to be notified of work, and have a place to manage it.

    A simple move workflow should be out of the box with the Space license. So that those Move Actions can be managed in a simple way.

    (Full blown Service Desk or Maintenance Module would be overkill for managing the actions associated with moves.)
