  1. The OnSite app contains documents and can open external URLs that can take you out of the app to open the mobile browser following the external URL.

I would like to see the reverse: from an external web page, I would like the ability to open the OnSite app (if installed on the device)

That would be a link like "onsite://" or whatever the correct equivalent is for the official Eptura OnSite app.

As a further enhanced feature on top of that, it would be great if the OnSite app even supported deeper links into the app.

    Something like "onsite://workrequests/123"…

  2. I would like to be able to automatically close a work request after the specified number of days from the verified date as well, not only completed date.

Currently, a work request is able to close automatically after the number of days specified in the application parameter "CloseDaysAfterWrDateCompleted" have passed since its completed date.
If there are still Verification or Survey steps remaining in the work request, it will not be automatically closed. However if the steps are done and a specified number of days have passed since the completed date, it will be automatically closed on that day. This…

  3. I add equipment to floorplan via Space Console, if I have a job for that particular piece of equipment on onsite app, I only want that shown on floorplan, not all equipment, there are too many assets/equipment in one location making it harder to locate.

  4. "Close WO/WR" process has been coded long time ago with a SQL that is unefficient and many times produces errors or deadlocks. After discussing this with many BPs, we have agreed that a complete analysis with re-desing and re-coding from scratch should be performed in this process (considering not only the closing of an individual WO/WR but also the batch closing of many of them and also the AutoClose WFR).

  5. Add a button to edit reservation details and add resources in the Outlook web add-in.

This button can be a direct link to a Web Central view of the room reservation for the current meeting, which displays some general info about the reservation (reservation code), and grids showing the reserved resources (catering and others), with the option to add / remove resources.

  6. When working within the Workplace the building list searches for Building Name or Building Code. We have users that only know a building by its address. Can the list of fields searched include the building address?

  7. When a user accesses the Workplace landing page and does not have a default building assigned to them, they get the full list of buildings in the system regardless of if they have bookable workspaces or are even active buildings. Can the original list of buildings be limited to buildings that have bookable workspaces?

  8. The Lease (out of the box) Rent Roll report should not include expired leases. This is very confusing to the end user especially if they select any of the date range filter options.

  9. Service Console would be much more useful if users were able to action the service reqeusts similar to the individual links in Business Manager (Approve with ability to edit date field for assignment) and Service Provider (Accept/Decline, Issue/Complete - including adding est hours/cost and final hours/cost )

  10. In Projects, once a project has been created and then requested, it then needs to be routed for approval. Once an employee has been selected as an approving manager, it is up to that employee to approve or reject it, or else it is stuck in that state.

If that employee is unavailable for whatever reason (left the organization, no longer in the same role, on vacation, or hit by a bus), that project can not be actioned on.

I can think of a few solutions to this,

    1. Provide a function like Assign Substitutes like in the Maintenance and Service…

  11. There does not exist a user friendly way to export and import SLA’s from one environment to the next. A ticket was opened with Eptura (416847) to inquire about this and it was recommended to go the manual route via certain tables, though this list did not contain tables that interact between SLA’s and the Corrective Maintenance console. We, and others across the enterprise would like to see an easier way to transfer SLA’s between environments.

Latest from the ticket referenced above is: "There are not any pre-built processes for transferring SLAs between environments; you would need to export the…

  12. While filling the checklist in the Onsite App, there is no "." decimal button to add point places.

    Example :
In the Onsite App, I have a work Request assigned to a technician and he has to fill the checklist.

While filling the checklist, there is a number field where he need to input the reading of the pressure of a equipment.

The meter reading value is "34.21"
In the above value, the user is only able to input 34 value in the number field and there is no point / decimal (".") button in the number keypad.

    This feature…

  13. This is a request for SLO (Single Log Out) to be implemented in Smart Client.

In an environment where SSO (Single Sign On) is implemented, even if users log out of Archibus, if they have not logged out of IdP (Microsoft Entra, Okta, etc.), they can log in without re-authentication.
However, some clients require re-authentication after logging out of Archibus due to their security policies. Therefore, it is necessary to set it so that you are also logged out of the IdP when you log out of Archibus. This is known as SLO, stands for Single Log Out.

    In general,…

  15. Created a recurring daily booking for 14 days. I attempted to create another booking for one of the booked days and received a prompt asking if I would like to delete the series. There is no option to cancel and rebook for a single day within the series. There should be an option to cancel the one day of the recurring booking to accommodate the new booking.

  16. The default settings for the width and color of the border highlight for Show Department is too thick. On large floor plates where there are small workspace areas the highlight covers the blue that normally shows that a room is available for hoteling. Can this become a setting that can be controlled without asking the vendor to redefine it? I have included images of the highlighting for reference.

  17. Hi team.

With the HotelBookingRestrictions parameter, employees can be restricted to a specific building, floor, division, department, team, or a combination of these elements. Valid values are a comma-separated list of the following elements: 'bl', 'fl', 'dv', 'dp', 'team'.

It would be very useful to add 'bu' (business units) to the parameter restrictions, as it is highly beneficial for allocating expenses by business unit. Currently, clients within a BU have multiple divisions ('dv') or departments ('dp'), which prevents them from using those options. Additionally, a BU may have spaces in more than one building.

    Regards.

  18. Whenever a user opens the "Maintenance Survey Report", the system automatically sorts the content based on the "Checklist" column by default.

    Issue:
Due to this default sorting behavior, multiple checklists within a single Work Request appear disorganized and out of order, making it difficult to follow a logical sequence. However, the order of questions within each checklist remains intact.

    Required Fix:
To ensure that both the checklists and their respective questions are displayed in a structured manner, we need the following functionality implemented on this screen:

When the Maintenance Survey Report is loaded, the view should automatically sort the data…

  19. The current Real Property application and schema structure allows for a very rigid 1-for-1 parent to child relationship, and only accounts for "Owned" or "Leased" property rights.

One critical element missing in the structure of Archibus is the ability to track Easement rights that are afforded to a company, especially where the company is primarily focused on infrastructure and utilities.

The attached images shows the complicated structure of easements required, in that a property records may have multiple easements located on different parts of it, and at the same time, one easement may span over multiple properties with numerous parties…

  20. Users have reported confusion about the messages "You're all done" or "Work Completed" that appear when you first get into the OnSite app.
What's happening is that when opening OnSite for the first time or after a while, the list of WRs for the user is empty.
The app displays the message "You're all done" while in fact it is synchronising the data.
After a few seconds (~3s) the list of WRs appears.
The same happens when you enter a group.
For example, when you group by Site-Building, and then select a Site-Building, at first the list is empty and…
