Add Project Type Filter
Enhancement request – Our customer is requesting that “Project Type” be added as a filter option from Projects | Monitor | View Active Projects Timeline. This filter option is provided on all of the other reports and views under the Monitor submenu. This is how our customer’s Managers will be filtering their projects.

Meeting Space Booking - Available Spaces in Building Modal
In Workspace Booking, users can view the available spaces within a building without needing to click on each building. However, in Meeting Space Booking, the available spaces are not displayed directly. This requires users to click on each building individually to check availability, which can be time-consuming and less user-friendly.
Proposed Improvement:
Add a feature to Meeting Space Booking that displays the number of available spaces next to each building, like Workspace Booking.5 votes -
SLA Due Date option - end of the Month for PM Procedures
For PMs that need to be completed within the month they are created, there is no way to specify "last day of the month" as the Due Date. Since the number of days in the month varies, some months the 30 day due date works and the date due is the last day, but and in other months, its the 1st of the next month.

In the maintenance survey report, the question text for creating a service request is displayed in the confirmation contents
The checklist provide an option to create a service request. Depending on the answer to the follow-up question, the maintenance survey report can be displayed in three different ways.

Adjust label text in charts to white when against dark background
When using standard charts in Web Central (ex: Allocation and Benchmark Report) if the highlight color is dark the label text should format to white automatically. Otherwise it may be unreadable.

Redlining of Lease Terms and Templates
Create the ability to redline lease terms once templates have been applied to agreements. We have a requirement to track changes on a lease-by-lease basis made to lease terms. Printing or PDFing the agreement would have the option of printing either the redlined or final altered document.

Move "Save" button to bottom of data entry views
The Save button disappears as the user scrolls down through data entry views. Users often click the button in the lower right-hand corner without reading it - it is a CLOSE button. This causes the user to lose their work.

Limitations for PDF Exports in Space Console and View and Print Floor Plan
The basic Export PDF option in Space Console will only work if the drawing is under a particular size and has fewer than 400 rooms. Unfortunately, this issue affects both 'Space Console' and 'View and Print Floor Plan.' The workaround for both views is to use the 'Export Floor Plans in Floors List to PDF' option (in Space Console). 'View and Print Floor Plan,' which is a view used more frequently and designed for the general user, poses a challenge for users who don't have access to Space Console and only have access to 'View and Print Floor Plan.' Edit Archived Request (Labor Hours)
Provide the ability to edit Labor hours of an archived work request that missed the check and balance step. Or add some logic that won't allow such a large error to be closed. If actual labor hours > X then don't allow the request to be closed where X is configurable.

Edit Archibus Data Dictionary Enum List Validation check, ab-edit-data-dictionary.axvw - can we add some kind of validation check to enumlist so that it is in the correct format and enum value is actually in database? From time to time, admin user might make some update on enumlist incorrectly and when the server is restarted, it cannot be boot up because there is an issue with the enumlist, usually it is the enumlist format is incorrect or the db value in the table does not have a matching enum value in afmflds.enumlist.

Improve the Replace All Functionality
The Replace All function does not work for a majority of fields in the rmpct table. I would like to see this functionality more developed to make the button more reliable to edit in SmartClient without exporting in and out.

Home page : new widget for dynamic data list (new wr, lease renewal, etc)
More and more customers & prospects are asking to benefit from lists from the home page (something the competition does btw).
That is, being able to have widgets showing the last 10 work requests, or the new lease contracts, etc.
We should be able to choose fields to display and each line could be clicked and redirect to a prefiltered console (maintenance console or wr detail page, or lease detail page, etc).
Also, the data could be filtered according to the user (incl. VPA), opening possibilies for "My requests" kind of list.
An alternative could be the possibility to embed…

Bi-Weekly
In WebCentral's Workspace Booking, please add a recurrence pattern of "Bi-Weekly", for reservations occurring very two weeks. Thus, we would select from the following recurrence patterns:
None
Daily
Weekly
Bi-Weekly
MonthlyThis would benefit Archibus Clients, such as those in Federal Government, whose pay periods are bi-weekly (26 pay periods a year) and their hoteling requests align with the first or second week of a pay period.

Extension for Exchange - Sync Recource Calendars
In addition to meeting rooms, a client would like to add floating resources (such as projectors) presently scheduled in Exchange to Archibus so that a reservation in one system shows the resource as reserved in both systems. Effectively extending the meeting room functionality to resources. From a UI perspective it would be most intuitive if the end user could assign the Exchange email address to the resource like they presently do for meeting rooms.

Search People in Workplace to include people with reservations
It would be nice to be able to see where a person is sitting for the day if they have a reservation. So if I need to see Bill today or drop something off at his cube, I'd like for it to populate where his reservation is at for today.

Auto-reject work requests
Ability to "AutoReject" work requests based on the parameters set in the SLA.
For example: problem type cleaning is offered at Location A but not Location B. If a user submits a request for cleaning at Location A, the SLA routes it to be actioned further. If the user submits a request for cleaning at Location B, then SLA rejects the work and notifies the user that the service is not offered at this location.2 votes -
PM Planner Filter summary
In the PM Planner, it would be good to have a summary of the filter applied to the view in the top grey banned so it is clear to the user what they're looking at (same as in the Asset Lifecycle Console).

Block statutory holidays from bookings in Workplace
When booking in workspace the statutory holidays should show in the calendar so users do not book spaces on holidays.

Check-out of entire day booking
Enable a user that books a workstation for the whole day to check-out part way through the day and free the workstation making it available for hoteling for the afternoon portion of the day. Currently if they cancel their booking the system deletes the record of their booking completely, thus making the utilization report inaccurate.
