Service Request location field mandatory
It would be very helpful to have location field mandatory in Service Requests. It helps local teams to pick-up requests for their sites and promptly resolve the tickets.
Also tied to that, to have ability to set up automated emails once a SR is submitted for your site would be very helpful.

The location field mandatory is in development. The automated emails by site is still open.

There is an auto email alert that gets sent to the requestor upon submission of a new SR from the form.
