Add Summary Field to Service Request Emails
Would be nice to be able to have a parameter added to the emails to include what entered as the summary of the service request so that if you are someone who submits numerous service requests, it's easy to tell which one has been closed.

Any Serraview user with 'System Administrator' security privileges can edit and add Serraview system fields to email templates.
