  1. The original email request should be included within every support email about that case. I have many offices to oversee and often am pulled into help someone else's support case and it would be so much easier to see what the request was quickly. Some take a while to be picked up by a tech and by that stage I don't remember what I asked, or if I need to understand a request by my team then this way I dont have to open up the full support ticket each time, because the links to the jobs don't work, they…

  3. As a Serraview admin,
    I would like the ability to import restricted building access lists
    So that I can make updates in bulk and more easily manage which users and roles can interact with specific buildings in the VBS and Spaces modules.

    I would also like the restricted access to cascade down to Serraview Engage, to ensure only certain groups of people can make reservations and bookings in buildings that require higher security clearance.

  4. Allow a user-customizable option to set when auto-logoff occurs. I don't know what it is currently, but feels way too short. Ideally, I'd like to see something from 1-8 hours, in hourly increments.

  5. There should be a tick box button in the VBS after customising a team saying 'don't overwrite manual changes', so that the nightly people updates from HR don't overwrite them. We have the auto updates turned off to solve this, but for the 1000+pax offices this is unmanageable because as staff move between teams and offices the system won't update them without manual intervention which is tedious.

  7. When searching for floors in the SVLive wired utilisation report, the unassigned floors should be hidden as they aren't relevant. Was unable to be resolved by support and requested a user voice.

  8. Currently, if an admin cancels a desk on behalf of someone, report 1151 says the person whose desk it was has cancelled it. This is causing confusion. The report should show who specifically cancelled the desk, no matter their user security role. If an admin cancelled it, it should show which admin.

  9. Add "Space Preferred Name" parameter to the Team Reservation Email Template similar to Individual Booking Confirmation Emails.

    No listed parameter in the template returned the expected value.

  10. Add a "Notes" or text field to Space Type definition dialog box in Admin Settings to allow someone to define space types, then create a canned report to run a list of all space types with these Notes or Text field to provide a Glossary of space types in use.

  12. We have instances where we co-work with clients 1 day a month and need to reserve an area of about 35 desks, rather than having to book individual desks, could there be an option to group book? Thanks

  13. Allow workplace reps the ability to assign a user to more than one team or location in the Workplace Portal.

    In the VBS we can select "remove from previous location" allowing us to assign a user to multiple locations.
    In the Workplace Portal and workplace rep cannot assign users to multiple locations. As soon as a user is assigned a team or location they are removed from previous locations. An administrator has to then go into the VBS to correct this.

  14. Many of our colleagues have issues finding one another when they have the same name, suggestion to have Engage show email addresses. In some of our regions we have as many as 4 people with the same name and having the role description shown doesn't assist when you have 4 engineers all with the same name. I think this is not only important for ease of use for staff, but also for inclusivity.

  15. Can we have the ability to change the number format on the renumbering tool. Formats highly used in our company as [Location].[Floor No.].[001] eg. LON.05.001
    The tool is helpful for bulk updates however when can't use custom numbering we still have to send an update through the support team or name each desk individually

  18. Ability to add multiple leases on a floor plan which would include multiple different load factors. Currently in the Buildings & Floor window and floor view, only a single lease or load factor is allowed. Can manually add in charge back report but wastes a lot of time.

  20. There is a button on the dashboards page in Looker that takes you to the next page. But this button is really far off and extremely tiny.
    Is it possible to move this button and make it a bit larger?
