Data import multi-select custom field
Allow the ability when doing a data import to allow data imports for Multi-Select data types of custom fields.
We want to use a custom field for a Space contact to link it with the people table, so that when a person leaves the organization, their name will be removed from the custom field and we will know that we need to get an updated contact person.
The Serraview import system does NOT allow custom fields of the "multi-select" type to be populated from an import file.

Insights Editor Floorplan PDF export
Give the ability to extract a PDF that is legible and clear from a custom insights floorplan created in Insights Editor. Currently the PNG format is completely un-readable and is honestly useless to extract.

Custom Team Color
Team colors in VBS are currently determined by the Org Unit Id. We would like to be able to select custom colors for teams when there are multiple teams with similar colors on a floor.

Marker name update/create marker names
It would be beneficial to have the capability to update marker names, either by renaming existing ones or creating new markers based on clients' needs. Every company has different requirements, and for example, pharmaceutical companies could use different markers related to laboratories. This flexibility would ensure that the markers are tailored to the specific needs of each client, enhancing their usability and relevance in various contexts.

Orientation Text Size
Ability to change the font size for the Orientation Text on Floorplans. The Text size on the Engage floorplans can crowd the visual, having the ability to change font would allow a cleaner presentation to the user.

Block desks from booking only certain days of the week
Ability to block book desks certain days of the week for project teams to get together, but not all the time, only certain set times, outside of the booking window - e.g. we have a group that will need to come together for the next few years but only on a Wednesday.

versioning
It is very easy to drag/drop a team in VBS and thus prone to inadvertent drag/drop, especially if I am trying to increase the floorplan view between floors. By providing an Undo/revert function or versioning where I can return to a previous version of the page, this would alleviate the need to ask for a backup re-deploy if an inadvertent move was made. Where a floor has 2-4 teams, it is easy to revert manually but with more than that, it is difficult to know which team was where when the mistake drag/drop was made.

Have First responder roles visible in Home office only

Serraview Bookings- Waiting lists
Create Waiting lists for floorplans/neighbourhoods/team allocations, when no work points are available. If a work point becomes available it will create a booking as per the waiting list.

Notifications
Notification ability like the Global Health Declaration except customisable by office to allow us to alert resident or non-resident team members regarding different aspects of different offices, eg. Induction needed, reduced office hours, H&S info which can vary office to office

Post Code
In Buildings and Floors, Serraview has a Post Code box for the address under the edit mode. However outside the edit mode this code does not show. Please turn on so that my client, who has no access to edit, can see this zip code - post code information. See the pictures below to illustrate this point.

Booking window in days not weeks
The booking window is currently in weeks, meaning if the window is 1 week, and it's Friday and you're looking at your plan for next week, you can only book as far as Thursday. I can't put in 1.1 weeks for example, so it would be helpful for the setting to be in days instead of weeks to be able to accommodate this.

Once step cancellation of reserved desk
A link from the Outlook booking confirmation email that would cancel a booking just by selecting "Cancel Booking". No further action would be needed.

Allow to pin navigation menu closed
With the June 2025 update to the interface, the Navigation menu no longer stays minimized if you move over it with the cursor. The previous iteration did this, and the current iteration of the Spaces and VBS Toolbar stay minimized when they are selected to be minimized.
Everytime my mouse moves over that area, it expands and shifts everything on the floorplan view which causes inconvenience when it happens.
Please bring back the ability to keep the Navigation menu minimized when that is selected to be so.

Group multiple spaces together under unique space id
Booking systems allow the booking of merged meeting rooms, which can result in one meeting room being bookable as two or more rooms. When mapping spaces from Serraview against resources (spaces) in booking systems, we need to identify overlapping spaces and group them together under a unique space ID.
For example, two meeting rooms, each with 5 seats, can be booked separately as Room A and Room B. However, when merged, they can be booked as Room C with 10 seats.

Enhanced searching categories
In the People Directory, have the search functionality across all categories (including employee number, system logon, first name, last name, job title, email).
There are limitations in searching when in particular the employee number and system logon are different (as currently it is only searching Employee Number) which can lead to false search results without knowing any other detail.

Hide and Reorganize Markers - Quick Select/Deselect Feature
We would like the ability to hide markers that are not being used and/or will never be used. If there was a way to add something in the admin panel so that you can click a checkbox to turn them on or off in the markers panel, that would be great.
It would also be very helpful to be able to drag and drop to reorganize them. Currently, they default to alphabetical which makes it hard to find the few that we use - we've had to resort to putting a character at the front so they all get grouped…

Add copy of original request in support email correspondence
The original email request should be included within every support email about that case. I have many offices to oversee and often am pulled into help someone else's support case and it would be so much easier to see what the request was quickly. Some take a while to be picked up by a tech and by that stage I don't remember what I asked, or if I need to understand a request by my team then this way I dont have to open up the full support ticket each time, because the links to the jobs don't work, they…
