Building Restricted Access Enhancements
As a Serraview admin,
I would like the ability to import restricted building access lists
So that I can make updates in bulk and more easily manage which users and roles can interact with specific buildings in the VBS and Spaces modules.I would also like the restricted access to cascade down to Serraview Engage, to ensure only certain groups of people can make reservations and bookings in buildings that require higher security clearance.

Customizable timeout for automatic logoff
Allow a user-customizable option to set when auto-logoff occurs. I don't know what it is currently, but feels way too short. Ideally, I'd like to see something from 1-8 hours, in hourly increments.

Set created teams to 'do not update' with VBS feed
There should be a tick box button in the VBS after customising a team saying 'don't overwrite manual changes', so that the nightly people updates from HR don't overwrite them. We have the auto updates turned off to solve this, but for the 1000+pax offices this is unmanageable because as staff move between teams and offices the system won't update them without manual intervention which is tedious.

Service Request Summary Email Parameter
Add a Parameter to Service Request emails to include the summary entered when the Service Request is submitted. This way if someone has multiple Service Requests open they can tell which is which, based off the summary the originally entered. The parameter options available do not include a summary.

Total headcount for team
As an Occupancy Planner, I want to add the total number of headcount for a team so that when I update the sharing ratio for a flexible team, the number of workpoints recalculates when doing a scenario plan.

Hide unassigned floors in wired utilisation report
When searching for floors in the SVLive wired utilisation report, the unassigned floors should be hidden as they aren't relevant. Was unable to be resolved by support and requested a user voice.

Show name of admin in report if they cancel someone else's desk
Currently, if an admin cancels a desk on behalf of someone, report 1151 says the person whose desk it was has cancelled it. This is causing confusion. The report should show who specifically cancelled the desk, no matter their user security role. If an admin cancelled it, it should show which admin.

Team Reservation Email Parameter
Add "Space Preferred Name" parameter to the Team Reservation Email Template similar to Individual Booking Confirmation Emails.
No listed parameter in the template returned the expected value.

Space Type Glossary
Add a "Notes" or text field to Space Type definition dialog box in Admin Settings to allow someone to define space types, then create a canned report to run a list of all space types with these Notes or Text field to provide a Glossary of space types in use.

No portal to change password when you want
No other way to change password than to do reset at login screen, option to change password once logged in would be useful

Allow "Serraview Account: Email Confirmation" to be edited
New users receive a Welcome to Serraview email.
This email says "Click to confirm and create a Serraview account".
From there, Normal users are directed to the login screen. It is not clear that they then have to click Reset Password in order to access their account.
If this wording can be updated or the email template allowed to be edited, it would help clear things up.13 votes -
Book on behalf feature - limit bookings
Limit the amount of booking staff can have when booked of behalf.
- Similar to a normal bookings, 1 per day per person.
- 1 booking via book on behalf functionality, per day.Currently when using the book on behalf feature, the limitation is only capped at how many desks a user have access too.
e.g. I have access to 100 desk, I can book 100 desk to another staff member when and errors or issues.2 votes -
Health & Safety
We have instances where we co-work with clients 1 day a month and need to reserve an area of about 35 desks, rather than having to book individual desks, could there be an option to group book? Thanks

Workplace Portal - allow reps to assign users to more than 1 location
Allow workplace reps the ability to assign a user to more than one team or location in the Workplace Portal.
In the VBS we can select "remove from previous location" allowing us to assign a user to multiple locations.
In the Workplace Portal and workplace rep cannot assign users to multiple locations. As soon as a user is assigned a team or location they are removed from previous locations. An administrator has to then go into the VBS to correct this.1 vote -
Waitlist for Workpoints
Create a waitlist system for desk bookings when the office is full. The system could automatically assign desks to people on the waitlist as soon as one becomes available. If automatic booking isn't possible, users could receive instant notifications when a desk opens up. Possibility that they can set preferences for specific desk types and get alerts only when a matching desk becomes free.

VBS Floorplan Viewer Zooming Sensitivity
Our key users, who frequently work on the VBS, have reported that the zoom in and zoom out functionality on the VBS floorplan viewer is very user-unfriendly. We have been provided feedbacks indicating that the zoom feature is overly sensitive, often zooms in unintentionally, or is frequently slow to respond. I would like to suggest two improvements:
- Implement a feature that allows the system to adjust or modify the sensitivity of the floorplan viewing.
- Switch viewing graphic from a raster-based floorplan to a vector-based floorplan.

Add a sustainability metric to the dashboard along with other space metrics
Provide a sustainability metric, i.e. energy cost savings and/or other relevant ESG metric, in dashboard for scenario planning, VBS, etc. to show impact when reduce footprint/adapt floor plans for peak utilization. This may be an opportunity for integration with Eptura Asset but not certain.

New Color by options
The request is to allow for adding color by on other space attributes already in Serraview. Currently we are only able to add Color Bys on custom fields. This has resulted in having to add custom fields and ARIs to populate the data that already exists.
New Color Bys:
Neighborhood
Organization Levels: ie. Level 1, Level 2, Level 3
Employee Organization Levels
i.e. custom neighborhood field on spaces that populates the value with the neighborhood value.

check in api
Enable API-based check-in experience: We are developing an adaptive card-based check-in to streamline the workflow. Currently, the API does not support checking in on behalf of the user if the organizer is not a service account.
