  1. Like measurement tools in CAD products, it would be useful to be able to measure custom areas, not only linear, with the measurement tool. This could be a click and drag box, or better yet custom points which when you return to the starting point provides the area measurement within. This would be very useful for project planning for people without access or skills in CAD products.

  2. Administrators should be able to book beyond the future booking limit that has been set up, for example for an upcoming event, without having to expand the range for all users.

  3. We would like to be able to move the space numbers to not be centered on corridors as they may overlap with other space names/numbers and make it impossible to use them for wayfinding. We would like to be able to shift those numbers to where it may make more sense for users and admins to easily see labels in the correct places.

  4. Clients place a large move into a service request and data was visible however there is not an easy way to transfer this Data the into into BOS. looking to add an export to BOS feature from service request.

  6. Currently, in the Spaces Module, one can edit tags by painting or using an eraser. I would love that same ability applied to Attributes, using a secured action.

  7. The BOS - Arriving Locations report (#88) needs some re-vamping. Currently, the list of all employees in a neighborhood are physically listed on the floorplan, next to the letter shown in a KEY in a table at the bottom of the report.

    That could mean a very long list of employees that covers up much of the floorplan.

    Can the report be modified to list these associates in the table at the bottom of the report, instead?

  8. When a self booking is cancelled by the user, or because they did not check in, the user should receive an in app and email notification.

    The action should remove the entry in My Bookings too or clearly marked as Cancelled.

    The cancellation message should be customisable by Admins, and made more distinct in the mobile and web apps on screen notifications.

  12. Serraview admins should be able to bulk cancel future bookings for desks or spaces space(s). This should include an automated message to users advising them of the cancelled booking.

    This is needed when a building or space needs to be closed down for whatever purpose; maintenance, pandemic issues, reclassification of the space, etc. Another reason, when bookings have been made using a social distancing situation, and now that restriction has been removed, all existing future socially distanced block bookings remain, but need to be removed.

    If the future bookings are not removed, they can throw off reporting numbers for management.…

  13. This would make the entire FPI process automated as some users currently need to rename non-unique spaces such as Core (e.g to "Core 1, Core 2" etc) for the FPI to work.

  14. Provide for custom or additional First Responder/Person of Interest categories, beyond the hard coded First Aid Officer and Fire Warden.

    This allows admins to define the titles of roles they wish to see within Engage, beyond the current workaround where some different roles have to be assigned to a category where the title doesn't align.

  18. Using configurable colours, provide a way to mark sections of the floor background colour to reflect different zones, neighbourhoods or areas. This should include showing the name of the selected area.

    This could be used to show:
    - quiet zones
    - Busy zones
    - Specific neighbourhoods

  19. As a Space Planner,
    I would like to modify colors for the Custom Field View in the Spaces module
    So that I can better differentiate the different values.

    Currently, the colors automatically chosen are too close to tell apart.

  20. Expand features included in the engage Person card, so you can see and add other details such as:
    - if they are a manager
    - If they have book on behalf of permission
    - Last booking date
    - Assigned building or floor
    - other fields via a custom field
    - All future bookings
