  1. Add an option to view seats with a RETENTION STATUS to Spaces->View Only -> Change Space Types View to UNOCCUPIED view.
    Currently you can check Occupied or Unoccupied. The intent is to ensure data is visible so viewers don't assume all vacant desks are available.

  2. Enhancements to the Engage Concierge menu should include:
    - Customise the location of text within the tiles
    - Customise the font and colour of text within tiles
    - Customise colour of arrows to move tiles
    - Play a looping video (mp4 or gif)
    - Play a single image or video behind tiles, without separate images per tile
    - Option for horizontal or vertical scrolling on either web or mobile
    - Directly link files from the Serraview document library for users to download

  3. The error messages in Engage have no details as to why a booking cannot go through (examples). This causes users to believe the tool itself is not working.

    1. Daily Booking has reached its limit. Please try another day.
    2. Booking cannot be made outside of the Booking window.

  4. To allow for each team/or level above to manage their applicable assets. This can be managed like the way Workplace is managed so that data are viewable/editable by relevant teams/units rather than all.

  5. As an administrator, I would like to be able to return to the page I was working on after editing a field.

    For example, if I make an update to a locker or storage space which is located on a page other than page one, Serraview automatically returns me to page one after the update has been submitted. If I am able to be returned to the page I was working on, it would make it easier to move on to the next asset that may require updating, rather than having to find the next asset starting from page one…

  6. The Paint Occupant tool is currently only available in VBS and not the Scenario Plan where it should belong since it has the ability to create drastic teaming changes. With it only being in VBS and not having an 'Undo' button anymore, it puts the integrity of the teaming at risk.

    It would be highly beneficial to have this feature in Scenario Plan so all major teaming changes can be addressed here instead of on the live data in VBS.

  7. This should be a Secured Action to access UserVoice/Request a Feature or Community or Support through the Help Menu.

    In addition, perhaps the Support link could be customizable to lead the User to the appropriate place.

  8. You can't filter lockers in the 3.0 tool based on whether they're assigned unlike in 2.66. You can report on those lockers and apply the filter in excel to see the data you need- but it is not user friendly to run a report rather than being able to filter in the locker screen.

  9. In V2, we had the ability to view the Floor and Buildings details through the VBS (clicking on floor number on stack) and Space Viewer (clicking 'i').

    This feature has been lost, and the only way to view Building and Floor details is through Assets > Buildings > Floors.

    I particularly view these details for my 'Space and Costs' details as I frequently need to review Area and Workpoint counts.

  10. Ability to import data to a Scenario Planner project via an import. Would like to use a Workpoint Import or Occupancy Import to quickly update space in a scenario plan in bulk. This may be used to update employee locations, tags, etc. that exist in excel in order to show an end state.

  11. Would like waiting lists to be created- allowing a person to register for a work point on a floor/neighbourhood when bookings are at capacity. If a booking is cancelled- creating an automated booking for a person from the waiting list.

  12. New users receive a Welcome to Serraview email.
    This email says "Click to confirm and create a Serraview account".
    From there, Normal users are directed to the login screen. It is not clear that they then have to click Reset Password in order to access their account.
    If this wording can be updated or the email template allowed to be edited, it would help clear things up.

  14. Our space types are set up in such a way their definitions are directly related to whether or not they should be bookable through the Engage reservation tool.

    Examples:
    Dedicated Spaces: NON-reservable
    Shared Spaces: Reservable
    Open Shared Spaces: NON-reservable (think touchdown stations to accommodate walk-ins)

    If someone changes a space type, the "reserving enabled" feature needs to be manually updated to reflect that space type. I would love an automation set in place for this.

    Also, as a part of this ask, a report to let the Admin know what spaces have been changed, and by whom. Not only does…

  15. Allow the user or organization to set the default view in the Spaces module. The scheduled update for the week of Sept. 6th will make it such that, by default, the spaces on a floorplan will load rolled up to Level 1 of the Space Hierarchy. I would like the ability to retain the option to load the spaces at their lowest level, the way the currently are.

  16. Would request a report that you can print out showing the labels as shown, such as room number and space type. Current reports do not return this data, it's only color coded with a left hand aligned key.

  17. Currently the check-in feature is not obvious and requires the user to navigate into the My Bookings to check in.

    It would be great if it was made more obvious to the user that they could check in by perhaps adding a banner on the concierge menu prompting them to Check In Now. If they could check in directly from that page without being redirected to the My Bookings would be ideal.

    This would reduce clicks and make the check-in process more seamless and user friendly.

  19. Is it possible on the below screen shot attachment to add a column so we can see who the requester is? It would save a lot of time if this was easily viewable rather then viewing each one individually – I know we can use the search function but I feel adjusting the below is better.

  20. When navigating in VBS, the way the stack dynamically moves to show more people when I hover over a team can cause issues. This is especially the case when trying to hover over teams with few/zero workpoints to find and select them.

    It would be useful to have this function revised from a usability perspective to be less inhibiting. Or to have a config option to turn it off in preference of a static stack.
