  1. Being able to book a meeting room to conduct a meeting and have the ability to link to this main booking some other bookings.
    The idea is to have a master booking and child bookings but not necessarely at the same hour.

  3. I would like to have check boxes for Catering Items and IT Equipment so a user does not need to add one item at a time. Example would be Water, Soda, Coffee a check box next to each item and that gets added to the room booking instead of having to add Water, then add coffee. etc. Do this for all catering items same for IT Equipment. if a user books a room they want to be able check off a laptop, projector, screen, Video Conference instead of having to add them one at a time.

  4. Currently, if a vended item is not available or if the request from the user cannot be met, the vendor must contact the user directly to cancel the item.

    Vendors should be able to reject a catering request and provide direct feedback (through an email) to the user as to why it was rejected.

  5. If you have a lot of service items it is very time-consuming to remove or add rooms.

    You’ll need click through all the single items to add or remove it from the availability list.

    Is there a way existing services such as the location of the room can be displayed on the room admin page (similar to the attributes on the righthand side).

    Depending on the location selected this list would vary.

    This would make it easier to add or remove (tick/untick) services to a particular room without having to go to all the single service items

  6. Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
    Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
    We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.

  7. We would like to be able to specify parameters/fields which are required for our general staff to populate when they are booking the room. Then our Meeting Planning staff will be fully informed as to how to service the event(s).

    Desired fields:

    Waitstaff Needed: yes/no (required)

  8. Some of the date picker example inconsistency.

    On Find Bookings, when changing the From Date to a different date, the To date does to not update to be the same as the From Date.

    However on the Find a Visitor under visitor management, when you change the From Date to a particular value, the To date updates to be the same.

    Get the control consistency the same across the application. The same goes with the date picker style (some date pickers have the day of the week starting on a Sunday, while others have it starting on a Monday). It…

  9. When you have an event/meeting with a lot of visitors, you currently have to add them manually. This can be very annoying if you have an event with over 30 visitors.

    Only admin can upload a list of users and they cannot possibly do this for every user request so they ask us to do it manually.

    We need a better way to import them into a meeting instead of manually typing them in which is very time-consuming at the moment

  10. When making a reccurring booking if the room is already booked on a few dates we would like to be able to decline seeing the alternative room option so we can continue with just the dates that can be booked into the selected room

The Number of guests per booking is limited to seat capacity – However we are able to add extra chairs to a booking therefore capacity increases – We are now unable to increase endless number of visitors as this will only reflect the number of guests in the booking – Global admin are allowed to manually input any number of visitors to a booking – Due to the way in which we operate we need ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers .

  12. All the Internal attendees should received email upon the arrival of external visitor.

    And, the current issue is that when receptions are moving rooms reservation, only the host and meeting requestor are receiving meeting updates.

    When a room is moved by the reception, all attendees should receive an Outlook appointment update in their calendar so they have the details about the new room reservations when opening their Outlook invitation.

  13. When a user bookings multiple rooms only the primary room is showing (if it is part of a linked room booking) on the vendor dashboard and the web portal. All meeting rooms booked should be displayed.

  14. We would like the HR feed to create new user accounts when only there is a new username (CommonID). Currently the HR feed creates new user account when there is a combination of new username and ADGUID. The current system by design is flawed as we have cases where people will be rehired and will have a new ADGUID but the same username (CommonID) hence creating duplicate user accounts. When a user has duplicate user accounts they will get errors and will not be able to complete bookings in the application. We currently have a non-ending effort to constantly clean-up…

  15. Users should have the option to hide the bookings they have booked on behalf of others, and only view the Desks booked for them, and Rooms where they are the Host or Requestor, Currently, the Home/Today screens for users who frequently book on behalf of others (Assistants / Receptionists) are crowded and difficult to separate personal bookings and bookings for others.

  16. When a room is booked and later requires amending, users are restricted to choosing a different room in the same location and group. Users are currently not able to change the current room booked to another room that is in a different location

  17. Currently troubleshooting connect screens is not as easy as it could be.

    It would be great if we could sync connect V2 screens to the laptops to see screen logs files to identify and diagnose screen performance issues.

  20. The Time Out value needs to be removed from the Vendor Dashboard as monitoring this from a Video Wall, seeing a pop up every 5 mins asking to log back defeats the object of this purpose!
