  1. Make it easier for admins to delete users with an overview of all users that are currently "blocked" and enable them with a 1-click to delete or mass deletion.

  2. Email confirmation

    Email confirmation cut off notes that have been added to service items, this then becomes admin heavy once a client checks if all catering or AV requirements have been added. Conference team then need to double check the booking and go back to the client to confirm all requirements have been captured.

    It would be useful if the booking confirmations could capture and send all information.

  3. when looking at floor plan having option to see all instead of going back and forth to workstations and offices so if an office is not available I can just look and book a workstation without having to go back and select the workstation view to see what is available

  4. Ability to advise a staff member has a PEEP (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan). This info should be shown only on a booking report and only visible to Admins.

  8. Prevent on the Day Client Room Bookings being made by Users.
    Allowing on the day bookings, creates a risk they are not seen in time by client teams. We would like to block all on the day requests being made on Eptura for the client spaces, so that anyone in need of on the day assistance contacts the booking team via phone or email.

  10. Vendor Dashboard - Print Friendly Version

    Is it possible to enhance the print friendly version within the vendor dashboards, our catering teams have resulted to using this as it has all the information and is somewhat easier to view unless you have a lot of notes than it becomes a not so friendly version.

    At the moment when you print the format does not utilize the whole page causing test to become difficult to read.

    This would be a quick win for busy Catering and possible AV teams.

  11. Catering cut off timing

    The system is able to allocate hours and days to cut off timing of catering items. This is not currently allowing the weekend to be included, and can result in the designated cut off timings being considered correctly for the catering team. We would like to have "Working Days", in place of just the "Days" offered currently, so that we can configure the lead timing of catering items in an informed and helpful manner.

  15. It would be great if personal desks assigned to specified users until further notice could be released when the owner changes his status from mobile app. This will allow other people to book the desk when the assigned user is away.

  16. When meetings are booked in the mobile app or meeting room screens the set up and clear down times that have been configured for the rooms are ignored. Requirement to be able to book a meeting room from any endpoint and the system respect any pre-configured set up or clear down times in the same way that the web application does.

  18. There is a need for chronological ordering and grouping of services (AV, catering, equipment) to make reports clearer for clients.
    Services are displayed in the order they are added rather than by group.

  19. BEO (banquet event order)
    Admins/Team able to print out BEO with the catering details to include (delivery/clean up time, delivery location, event name, host/POC name, the order in details (listed of what comes in the room temp buffet) the price.
    There should be an option to have this printed into a PDF or imported onto an Excel sheet. The capabilities to also export this into an excel for daily meetings and daily/weekly sales. Being able to forecast upcoming events for the day, week, monthly view.

  20. Adding New Rooms to catering item:
    - Current process is slow because each catering item must be assigned individually.
    Suggested improvement:
    - Allow adding catering to a specific room, rather than assigning rooms to each catering item.

    Can this other way round has any workaround where we can add catering items to rooms rather than assigning rooms to each catering item as it consumes longer time.
