Advanced Booking Grid for Desk Reservations.
It would be beneficial to have an Advanced Booking Grid feature available for desk bookings .
Currently users have to select each individual group to view its corresponding booking grid. Having the ability to access all applicable groups directly from the advanced booking grid would streamline the process, improve efficiently , and eliminate the need to select each group individually to via availability.

Add QR code on the room screen for Book or Check-In
Printed QR codes are not a very sustainable solution, and aesthetically unappealing. Most other space management providers support this capability.

Allergens and Special Dietary Requirements
We are experiencing that the Notes functionality does not always capture allergens and dietary requirements in a good way. We would like to make it easier for users to remember to take action and also be able to provide better options to select requirements. I dont have a specific solution in mind but it would be great if end users could select the requirements and made sure it reflected on correct catering item etc instead of having them to write notes.

ability to see users with assigned desks roles on the floor plan
Users roles (first aid, fire marshal) can only been seen if they book a bookable desk not if they have an assigned desk. It would be helpful if it was also visible for assigned desk users.

Enable Global Admins to edit and reallocate desk resources directly from the floorplan
When Global Admins need to update desk allocations or resource attributes, they currently have to navigate to the Resources area and edit each resource individually. When managing multiple desks, it can be difficult to remember the exact location of each desk, requiring the admin to repeatedly switch between the floorplan and resource configuration.
This creates a time-consuming and frustrating workflow, particularly in environments where desks are frequently reassigned or their attributes need to be updated.

Enhancement to the “Room Images” where we allow more than one images to be associated to each Meeting Space resources.
For example a single Meeting Space resource can be configured to be, Conference (20), Classroom (15), or Standing (45). However, since the current system only allow uploading of one image, therefore it would have to be either the default style image or as a workaround, a customized image which combined the three different styles.

Engage Mobile booking hierarchy change
It would be great if Engage Mobile would respect the logical booking hierarchy of Group → Workspace Type, because showing Workspace Type first creates seemingly duplicate options and hides the important Hourly vs. All-Day distinction until after the user has already made a selection.

Prevent mobile app from auto selecting same day slot(s)
On the mobile app, if you are booking a desk for the future it auto selects the current day. if you are booking after 10.30, this means you are automatically checked into the desk even if this was done in error. Please can the auto select function be disabled, or, a pop up added to notify the booker that the current day is included in the selection.

Update reports to include check in source
on the Engage report 'Desks Allocated to People' please can you add the below to the field selection. 'how did they check-in' & 'checked in by'. there is a booked by field but knowing how they were checked in and by who would also be beneficial.

Admin group for managers to view the Analytics
Currently only Global Admins can view the Analytic reports in Engage. Our managers would like to be able to view these. Can you please create an "Analytics Viewing" group so we an add managers to this so they can view analytics please?

Expose user RFID / access card value in the Engage API (CRUD)
Many organizations already manage employee access cards in a physical access control system and want the same card values available in Eptura Engage, so users can use their building badge on desk and room screens without registering it manually.
Today this cannot be automated. The AdministrationAPI lets integrations create and update users (UsersManageUsersV1) and read them (UsersGetUsersV1, UsersGetAllUsersV1), but the user model has no RFID / card field. In the Visitor Outlook Add-in the instructions take up half the screen. Due to the configuration, the instructions are not correct.

Translate Visitor Outlook Add-in to Dutch
Regarding the language settings, the Outlook Add-In currently supports English, French, and German. At this time, Dutch is not a supported language, and there is no available option to change the interface language to Dutch.

Enhancement to the ability to see a full floorplan of desks that has multiple groups
We would like to have the ability to have a full view of a floorplan / floor plate that have multiple groups in it. This would make booking much easier if someone needs to view and book in another area from their home location.
It would also be very beneficial for Admins so they could see at a glance all persons in a certain area then having to try and navigate through groups.
I know we currently have a feature like this however if someone clicks on one of the groups within the full plan we have no easy way…

Instant meetings v2 screen bypassing group permissions.
Some rooms are in managed or restricted permission groups, where the room should not be booked directly using the V2 screen if the employee has no rights to.
Booking permissions should match the configuration of the groups in Engage, where managed rooms need to be requested not instantly booked except by group admins. Likewise, only members of restricted groups should be able to book instant meetings.1 vote
