  1. Currently you can "Add to Outlook" when booking a meeting space via the Engage mobile app, however, when you delete a booking via the mobile app there is no option to "Also delete Outlook calendar Event" like there is via the web.

  2. Hello,

    For bookings made via the display and via the app, the setup times configured for the rooms are being ignored. For all rooms, only “post-event” setup times are configured, and these should be applied regardless of the booking channel and regardless of whether catering has been or can be booked. Please support.

  3. Can the booking parameters be upgraded to allow monthly and weekly constraints within the same rule? For instance:
    The ability to offer 20 booking slots in a 4 week period (10 days every 4 week) but we don’t want users to be able to book any more than 3 days (6 slots) in a week.

  4. Implement a feature that automatically pulls any links from Web conferencing platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom) into the Engage booking summary, when booking a room from the Engage Outlook addin. Would be helpful that our IT team have all that information automatically, instead of requesting users send that information separately.

  5. Coming from Workplace, the floorplan experience in Engage feels very dated, and a low end product. Workplace has the interactive CAD based floorplans that allow users to search locations, ping desks or rooms, and reserve spaces directly from both the floorplan and calendar views.

    In Engage, we are currently limited to uploading PDFs and manually placing dots for conference rooms, offices, and workstations. This is very time consuming and not practical for larger environments.

  6. We currently operate the Floor Plan feature by allocating All Day Personal Space Groups to the floor plan, then assign the resources, however it is not currently possible to add Hourly Personal Space Groups to the floor plan.

  7. It should be possible to see who has booked a meeting area directly in the overview—simply by hovering the mouse over it—without having to open the booking. That would save time and facilitate communication among colleagues. In the marked area, you could simply display the host's initials—similar to how they appear in the floor plan overview.

  18. When updating resources, the system returns the user to the first page after each update. This creates inefficiencies when managing multiple items on the same floor or within the same area.

  19. Business hours for each location need to be set in order for utilisation data to be accurate. Yet when you set business hours, it restricts users booking outside of those hours.
    There should be an override whereby core business hours can be set but admins can select an option to allow users to book outside that timeframe.

  20. In our office there are certain areas which we want to block for some certain days. E.g. there are 6 desks available in a room and we want to block all those 6 desks for 2 days in a week but that functionality is missing / not there. We tried to accomplish this via multiple ways but its not possible at all. Hopefully this feature would be added soon.
