  1. I would like to request the inclusion of vendor services functionality in the Eptura Outlook Add-in, comparable to what is currently available in the web application when submitting a new reservation. Specifically, features such as Attendees, Food Service, and Equipment should be supported within the Outlook Add-in to ensure a consistent and comprehensive booking experience across platforms.

  2. I would like to formally request the implementation of email notifications for booking creation, Modification and deletion events performed via the Engage Outlook Add-in. This functionality is currently available and working as expected within the Enterprise platform for managing meetings. However, it is not presently supported in the Outlook Add-in due to the existing system design. Aligning the Outlook Add-in with Enterprise in this regard would enhance consistency and improve user experience.

  3. Could we have the facility for Admins to view the floor plans when all desks are full, this will help with our infrastructure work, to see a completed floorplan on a day to day basis even when all desks are full.

  4. Currently, maximum booking duration for meeting rooms are enabled for group. However, Admins are unable to override this rule and this is causing issues as sometimes there are uers that needed the room for valid reasons. Please get this override rule enabled soonest so that it can help in our daily operations.

Following the rebrand to Eptura Engage, desk booking confirmation and cancellation emails are still coming from Condeco which is causing some confusion (for example to new starters who only know the system by Eptura Engage and won't know what Condeco is) and also doesn't help with the embedding of the rebrand with our teams. Please could the email address be changed from Condeco to Engage to reflect the rebrand?

  8. We propose an enhancement to the current catering system to improve operational efficiency by introducing automatic beverage count adjustments. Currently, when the number of participants in a meeting changes, the system does not automatically update the quantity of beverages required, leading to potential discrepancies and manual adjustments. By implementing a feature that dynamically adjusts beverage quantities based on participant numbers, we can streamline the catering process, reduce manual intervention, and ensure accurate provisioning. This enhancement will not only improve service efficiency but also enhance user satisfaction by aligning the catering provisions with actual meeting requirements.

  13. In the "Desk allocated people" report, we would like to know who has booked a team's day and to whom the desks have been assigned.
    In the "DeskBump" report, we would like to know who has booked a team's day, to whom the desks have been assigned and the users who did not the check in.

  14. Since we can book a room from the portal floor plan now, why cant we do the same from the Condeco Kiosk,
    so instead of only finding a desk and bookiung it, the user can also search and booking a room

  15. The application is unusable. THE WORST APPLICATION THAT I EVER SEEN. When the booking become available, even if I am authenticated it takes ages to display the option to book. When trying to book it takes me out and is saying that authentication is not successful made. Then, when I enter and reenter the credentials for multiple times it returns to the login screen as like the waiting time has passed and you need to reauthenticate. 20 minutes trying to book a space and nothing happens, really? Either your application is the worst developed, or the resources that are used…

  16. We’d like the ability to duplicate services from one booking to another. For instance, if we have a predefined list of equipment services that will be reused in a different booking, it would be helpful to copy and paste them rather than re-entering each item manually again

  19. Release of Hourly Workstations- currently they are released by a fixed number of days out. Please consider to release by week (similar to the earlier workstations configuration), wherein it can be set up to release workstations on a fixed day for 2 weeks ahead.

    Less change for behaviour required by the colleagues for this; and yet be able to benefit from hourly bookings.

  20. I dont know which day someone booked my desk when i try to book range of days at once.
