New feature requirement from User-equest to Evaluate Feasibility – “Notify When Desk Becomes Available” Feature
I am suggesting regarding the desk booking system, and I would like to request a feasibility assessment for the same.
Currently, when all desks are fully booked, users need to manually check the app repeatedly to see if any desk becomes available. To improve the user experience and reduce this manual effort, the user has proposed introducing a “Notify When a Desk Becomes Available” feature.
Proposed Feature:
When desks are fully booked, users can enable a toggle to receive a notification.
Once any desk is released by another user or by the system, they would get an alert.

Create Exchange booking when setup buffer timers for a meeting is used
As of now, any booking created in Engage booking grid with a setup buffer timer (e.g. catering) creates a non-bookable timeframe (greyed out calendar) which remains within the Engage ecosystem.
If there is an active Exchange integration, any setup or teardown buffer of the typical 15/30 mins is not synced to Exchange, leading to different information on room availability as per the views in Exchange calendar and Engage web interface.As such, any setup/teardown buffer generated in Engage should be transcoded as a somewhat "technical Exchange booking" resulting in a real calendar invite in Exchange, keeping Microsoft´s guardrails of how…

Personal spaces - Email reminder day before
We would love to have the capability of having an email reminder the day before a booking.
This email would have a link to confirm or cancel a booking ahead of time, to free up space in case a user changes their mind and is no longer coming into the office.This is particulary useful with locations that have space constraints and will allow the location to free up space the day before. Ideally we would like to configure the day/time of when this email reminder is sent.

Sharing real time read-only view of the expected office visitors list to building concierge teams
Problem: In Eptura, currently there is no way for an office in a multi-tenant building to give the building's concierge team a real time read-only view of the visitor log.
Option 1- A Read-only role in Eptura
Currently there is no Read-only role in Eptura. (Role we might allow Landlord concierge teams to have). Every admin has a base 'default' permission by which they can do some level of edit.Option 2: a Secure link that is shared to the Landlord concierge team. Add a field in Condeco guest registration to capture young persons (similar to VIP button currently available)
Add ability to be able to pull a report of all young persons in the building between a determined date range, including who their host is"
Upon a young person being registered via Condeco, an immediate notification is sent to a location-based distribution list.

Desk groups that can be released to other/all groups within X amount of days
Enhanced resource group settings that allow desks within a certain group to be released to all or other groups within an amount of days of the current date.
Ideally should be able to set which groups they are released to, and also set the amount of days prior that the release to wider groups occurs. This would allow much more flexibility with creating grouped resources and increase resource utilisation.3 votes -

Block off spaces to prevent future reservations and still be able to see current reservations
Sometimes I need to block off a space to prevent future reservations but I still want to be able to see current reservations for that space.
If I have to ask people to cancel or move their reservations to free up the space and if the space is no longer reservable I can't see if they've done this.1 vote -
Report Central - is any of filter
Please can we amend the Report Central "Is none of" Filter. Currently, when multiple values are selected and the report saved and refreshed, the chosen filtered values are no longer visible, even when opening the filter option. This makes it difficult to navigate, but can also cause errors and lock the report in a circular if you then accidentally re-apply a filter you have already selected.

Ability to see hour and mile meter readings from asset management screen.
It would be nice to have the option from the column chooser list to be able to view the hours and miles. This would allow me to look at them from the asset management main screen. Right now I have to open each piece of equipment that I want to see the hours or miles one at a time.

Can we have a function where we can release desks for users to book at 10am. So we would like it everyday at 10am the desks become available to pour users for the 2nd day in advance. I am happy to have a call to discuss this

Hourly booking: "Find your team" functionality enhancements
Under the hourly booking model, the "Find My Team" feature no longer allows you to see which specific desk your colleagues are booked into. As a result, employees in our organisation know their team members are on-site but have no idea where they are located.
The all‑day booking model provided additional granularity and showed the specific desk(s) colleagues were booked into, making it easy to find them.

Hourly booking: Nominate the day resources are released
The hourly booking model does not let you specify on which day new resources can be released. It allows you to specify a time but this is hardcoded to release on Sundays (I believe Engage treats this as the first day of the week). The all day booking model allowed you to nominate a specific day for release. Can this please be added to the hourly booking model as well?
