Need Attribute Names column in the DDC tables
We are currently using Resource Status report from Condeco application. We would like to consume DDC tables to recreate the report and capture data everyday. Please add "Attribute names " column.

Allow Hourly Bookings to Span Midnight
Currently, hourly bookings cannot extend across midnight (12:00 AM). This creates inefficiency, as users must make two separate bookings—one before and one after midnight—for what is effectively a single continuous booking. Allowing bookings to span across midnight would simplify the process and improve efficiency for users.

Can we have check-in time record for fixed desk users
Can we have check-in time record for fixed desk users too? We would like to have a timestamped record that they actually came into the office. Flexi option will bump the desk, so we prefer not to use that feature for fixed-desk users since they may arrive later than the scheduled check-in time.

Additional User Roles
Ability to add additional User Roles to be searchable on the floorplan. Currently there is "Fire Marshall", "First Aider" and "Mental Health First Aider" but our client would like to add some additional roles for supporting colleagues.

Customizable pop-up
When a floor plan has no desks or desks are disabled for booking or search for desk has no hits, a user will see a pop-up message "There are currently no available personal spaces. Press OK to search again or Cancel to stay in the floor plan.". Would be good if that message can be customized and applicable per floor plan.

Can we add an fields under services in Event space - UK location?
requirement is to integrate a new service type, "Confetti Cleanup", into the Condeco application.
Currently, the system supports the following four service types:
AV Services
Equipment
Supplies
CateringAs this is everyday task of the team which is been done manually currently. Would of great if this field can be added.

Enable Engage Mobile App Check-in of QR Code without Scanning a QR Code
Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.

It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

Improve Logging and Messaging for Administrators
Our organization has experienced three (3) separate critical production issues in which Managed Meeting Room requests submitted through the Engage web application were automatically deleted by the system. Although the root causes of these issues differed, the consistent behavior across incidents made it difficult for both our organization and Eptura Support to promptly identify and troubleshoot the problems.
In each instance, when a reservation request was automatically deleted, the system failed to send email notifications to system administrators and the requestor. In addition, the booking summary incorrectly recorded the deletion as having been completed by the user rather than by…

Disallow double book for the hourly personal space
Currently, Engage allows users to book multiple different desks at the same time and date under “Hourly Personal Space.” Please align this with the “All Personal Spaces” or “Shift Booking” setting so that users cannot book multiple desks simultaneously. After all, each user only has one seat—and one place to sit at a time.

Weekly summary of upcoming bookings in the next 2 weeks
It would be great if people can receive a weekly summary of the upcoming bookings in the next week or so. Would also be great if there is a cancellation button that people can click to cancel their bookings directly from the email.

Show room alert text when booking on mobile
Currently if you book a room on desktop, it shows alert text about the room (if its been configured with it) but this text isn't shown on the mobile booking journey. This makes the alert kind of pointless if it has important room info in it as it will never be seen by mobile users.

One of our AV engineers has asked for an 'assistance' button on our Condeco screens, so that, when pressed the IT team would be notified via text message / email.

No synchronization when meeting is ending early (via screen for example)
When I end earlier a meeting via the Condeco screen, there is a synchronization with Outlook and so, all the attendees receive an update about this past meeting.
In this case, users don't want to receive this update notification in Outlook, because the meeting has already ended.
So please, don't synchronize the meetings which are ending earlier1 vote -
Meeting Room Bump Reminder
For groups that are set to bump meetings that are not checked in, and/or for Condeco screens that will bump a meeting if not checked in, we should have a Bump Reminder email sent, 5 minutes prior to the meeting being bumped. This would reminder users they must check in or lose the reservation.
This reminder exists for the desk booking but not for the room booking. (And it should be compatible with the use of Device Hub)

smart calendar should detect the administrator access of the organizer
You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administrator access (Group Admin).
Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request.
And as a moderator, he can book the room the same day via Condeco website.As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.

Moderation notifications for bookings via M365 Addin (Room Finder)

In our org, we have managed spaces by some moderators and their distribution list has been added to the email template.
Currently if someone books a meeting via condeco web to the managed space, the group approver will receive the email template.
However if the user books the managed space in outlook (smart calendar) , the email template does not get triggered.
Would like to have the same experience for both outlook web and outlook.1 vote -

If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.
