  1. I wanted to inquire whether Condeco has extended the reservation limit for personal spaces beyond the current 5-week period. This limitation has been a challenge, and ideally, we’d like the ability to reserve up to 90 days in advance.

  3. Restrict Advance booking period to all access levels.
    Currently this is set at 'Group' and only applies to 'User' access level.
    We have 'group admins' who need to book further in advance than 'Users'. However, this is being abused and they are booking more than a year in advance. We would like 'Group Admins' to have an 'advance booking’ restriction against them also.
    Maybe a new access level could be introduced (something like PA_Admin) and then each access level (apart from user which is controlled by group) have their own 'advanced booking' restriction.

  4. The Banqueting Report under Formatted Reports should incorporate the 'Notes' field, which is a field when adding a resource. This field contains crucial information that must be communicated to our team, but in its current form, the report does not display these details.

  5. Please note that catering service costs cannot be individually hidden at this time due to current system design. All catering details—including itemized costs and totals—are included by default in the booking email.We kindly request that the ability to hide or customize catering costs in the email notifications be considered for future development, as this functionality would support more flexible and user-specific communication needs.

  6. Currently, only 12 ACS solutions are supported to enable the ACS automated check-in, and this is too limited. Some other popular ACS solutions used in the APAC market are Integriti and Siemens SiPass. The former is hugely popular in Australia, with many councils having this as their system of choice. Please consider having a direct integration for Condeco with these two systems.

  7. Our groups represent different departments, therefore only Facilities staff can book desks assigned to the facilities group.

    We should be able to assign a resource to multiple groups, whereby allowing staff from 3 different departments access to book those desks.

    Is there a way of managing the access that I have misunderstood?

  8. At the moment, when booking a space directly on the booking grid, associated service items are not added unless the booking form is opened at least once.

    The booking should behave in the same way whether or not you book on the grid or open the booking form.

  11. We have 2 reception teams that deal with different visitors to different floors. They have to provide a visitor report but currently the report can't be filtered between the two floors and groups. Condeco Support say that the report filters stop at the location which is rather annoying as we need a more granular report as visitors are being sent to the wrong floor.

  13. Please bring back being able to book multiple personal spaces on the same day for Executive Admins. Example: Executive Admins book for multiple Executives and being able to book multiple PERSONAL spaces on the same day would be great. Right now, they are booking one space and then calling someone else to book the other.

  14. The Mobile App should display your visitors in the bookings page so you know which day and who your guest are arriving. It would also be great if you were then able to edit or delete those visitors without having to go onto the laptop.

  16. When a user searches for a specific date or date range via the floor plan map within personal spaces, the date selected does not show up on the page when viewing the floor plan map. It would be helpful to see the date listed in this view.

  17. When looking at expected visitors for the following day, if a booking is marked as an external meeting 'type' then it should highlight that there are no external visitor names listed.

  18. Currently you can only edit a booking within the last 30 days, Running reports at the beginning of the month for the previous month then doesn't have the data required on all bookings, this needs to be extended to a minimum of 45 days.

  20. Some rooms appear on the room booking system (eg F526 and F626) but these are actually Director rooms and you are kicked out if you try to go to these rooms, even though you have booked a room on the system. DIrector rooms should be flagged on the system and people should not be able to book them as it has caused lots of issues eg interviews having to be delayed because the panel are kicked out the meeting room booked.
