  3. Our web application is set to only have meetings of 30 min increments - however on the room screens, the option for 15 min meeting increments show up - we have been told that there is no way to remove the 15 min button from the screens - this is confusing for the user experience because when 15 mins is shown on the screen, the screen only books 30 min increments. Please allow us to delete the 15 min option from the room screens!!!!

  4. We have the "copy to outlook" button permanently checked - can we please have the option to have the "Also delete outlook calendar event" permanently checked as well?

    Also, admins should have the option to delete the outlook calendar events. Only the person who booked the meeting has the check box option. This is causing a lot of issues with bookings currently at our firm.

  5. Our firm has the "copy to outlook" button checked automatically - when this box is checked, it eliminates the option to use the linked rooms feature - suggestion is to be able to use this functionality when checked

    additionally, when using the linked rooms function - please allow us to pick the primary room

  6. Allow Team Day bookings to be booked before bookings open for all users. Please allow Team Day bookings to open 1 week before bookings for all users. Our users are in the habit of booking desks as soon as the booking week opens, so it is difficult to get desks for teams to sit together using the teams day feature. If teams days were able to be booked a few days before the grid opens to all users, it would be very beneficial and allow teams to sit together on their team days.

  7. Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  8. Getting to the floor plan is tedious as it requires entering information in a few fields, such as choosing your team and the date before the floor plan is displayed. It would really help to be able to navigate directly to the floor plan without choosing a date (it could default to the current date, and this should be made obvious on screen once the user is on the floor plan; this information is actually lacking at the moment.   9. The booking is being removed from the Condeco device; however, it still appears in the Condeco portal. Is there a way to ensure the booking is automatically deleted from the portal as well when it's cancelled?

  10. We are having trouble with large cross site bookings as the the outlook limit for characters is only 250. I know this is out of our control but could we reduce the size of the room descriptions to "meeting room6 4th floor" instead of the repetitive " Client Meeting Room 10, Meeting Room, 7th Floor (7), Liverpool SPS, UK. thanks

  11. Ability to select other locations from the Today Page & Home, at present users can only select their default location. The drop down menu on the Today & Home page does not show any other locations, the only way for users to select from other locations is to click into the menu field on the left hand side and navigate to 'Book a personal space' or 'Booking Grid'

I would like to request the inclusion of vendor services functionality in the Eptura Outlook Add-in, comparable to what is currently available in the web application when submitting a new reservation. Specifically, features such as Attendees, Food Service, and Equipment should be supported within the Outlook Add-in to ensure a consistent and comprehensive booking experience across platforms.

  13. I would like to formally request the implementation of email notifications for booking creation, Modification and deletion events performed via the Engage Outlook Add-in. This functionality is currently available and working as expected within the Enterprise platform for managing meetings. However, it is not presently supported in the Outlook Add-in due to the existing system design. Aligning the Outlook Add-in with Enterprise in this regard would enhance consistency and improve user experience.

  14. Could we have the facility for Admins to view the floor plans when all desks are full, this will help with our infrastructure work, to see a completed floorplan on a day to day basis even when all desks are full.

  15. Currently, maximum booking duration for meeting rooms are enabled for group. However, Admins are unable to override this rule and this is causing issues as sometimes there are uers that needed the room for valid reasons. Please get this override rule enabled soonest so that it can help in our daily operations.

Following the rebrand to Eptura Engage, desk booking confirmation and cancellation emails are still coming from Condeco which is causing some confusion (for example to new starters who only know the system by Eptura Engage and won't know what Condeco is) and also doesn't help with the embedding of the rebrand with our teams. Please could the email address be changed from Condeco to Engage to reflect the rebrand?

  19. We propose an enhancement to the current catering system to improve operational efficiency by introducing automatic beverage count adjustments. Currently, when the number of participants in a meeting changes, the system does not automatically update the quantity of beverages required, leading to potential discrepancies and manual adjustments. By implementing a feature that dynamically adjusts beverage quantities based on participant numbers, we can streamline the catering process, reduce manual intervention, and ensure accurate provisioning. This enhancement will not only improve service efficiency but also enhance user satisfaction by aligning the catering provisions with actual meeting requirements.
