  3. We have 2 reception teams that deal with different visitors to different floors. They have to provide a visitor report but currently the report can't be filtered between the two floors and groups. Condeco Support say that the report filters stop at the location which is rather annoying as we need a more granular report as visitors are being sent to the wrong floor.

  5. Please bring back being able to book multiple personal spaces on the same day for Executive Admins. Example: Executive Admins book for multiple Executives and being able to book multiple PERSONAL spaces on the same day would be great. Right now, they are booking one space and then calling someone else to book the other.

  6. The Mobile App should display your visitors in the bookings page so you know which day and who your guest are arriving. It would also be great if you were then able to edit or delete those visitors without having to go onto the laptop.

  7. To have a finance workflow implemented in the services section using costcode reference for financial team.

  8. When a user searches for a specific date or date range via the floor plan map within personal spaces, the date selected does not show up on the page when viewing the floor plan map. It would be helpful to see the date listed in this view.

  9. When looking at expected visitors for the following day, if a booking is marked as an external meeting 'type' then it should highlight that there are no external visitor names listed.

  10. Currently you can only edit a booking within the last 30 days, Running reports at the beginning of the month for the previous month then doesn't have the data required on all bookings, this needs to be extended to a minimum of 45 days.

  14. It is currently not possible to set that no bookings for “external visitors” are allowed at a location/area. So that only internal colleagues can book, e.g. for themselves or for an internal colleague, but not for external visitors.

    Yes, there is a setting under Advanced settings>Global settings
    Under the “Personal space” tab, there is a setting “Allow personal spaces to be booked for external users” where you need to disable the checkbox.

    However, if this setting is disabled, it will be disabled globally for all locations. We would need the option to disable this setting for a single location.

  15. We are using a Viva Connections UI to access Condeco via the API. With a user's Condeco ID, it is not possible to pull the visitors for that user. From a UX perspective, it would be better for this information to be immediately available to see (at least for say, the next 5 visitors), rather than have to select to view them by date.

  18. It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.

    Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

  20. Companies have shifted from using employee IDs for identity and user management in systems to using email IDs. This causes challenges with integrated reporting, as name changes can lead to email ID changes, thus losing the ability to track history in operational reports. Additionally, textual data linking can face challenges in the case of special characters. Adding employee ID to the SCIM integration as an optional attribute will ease integrated reporting.
