  1. Passive occupancy with Condeco and Vergesense integration would ensure bookings are retained when office sensors detect belongings on the desks (laptop, bag, jacket) enhancing the accuracy.

    Currently this is not possible and not taking into account that users may have just left their desk to attend meetings.

  3. Hi Team,
    Currently Condeco has two source of settings defined for screens on Condeco web portal and Device hub portal which creates conflict leading to screen errors if different settings are mentioned on any of these sources.
    There should be a mechanisms to replicate setting from Device hub to Condeco web and vice versa so that settings at both portals is same and thus avoid conflict, additional efforts of updating both portals and reduce any user confusion.

  4. From business perspective, it makes sense to include quarters (e.g., Q1 for January to March, Q2 for April to June etc) in the filter list because business evaluations often happen in quarters.

    Currently, a quarterly report can only be conducted by manually adjusting the "Specific" Time Period filter accordingly, e.g. to "2024/01/01 - 2024/03/31" to report data from Q1, then again for Q2 and so on. This is tedious from user perspective.

  5. Ability to see Fire Marshalls & First Aiders at other locations in the search - not just home location. Some of our sites have multiple buildings/locations and we need to be able to search for first aiders across all buildings, not just our default location. Also, can we please have the ability to rename "Fire Marshall" to "fire or emergency warden"

  6. The shade of gray currently used for booked slots in the booking grid does not contrast strongly enough with the shade of gray in the calender, so the beginning and end of a booked slot sre difficult to recognize.

  7. I would like to suggest adding a setting in Condeco that sends automated reminders to individuals responsible for adding equipment, changing rooms, etc. or something similar.

    This feature would function similarly to the "bump" emails sent for desk check-ins, helping those responsible for room setups by notifying them of bookings, rather than requiring constant manual checks of meeting spaces.

  8. Currently employees are making bookings by editing existing bookings = extending that Nokia would like to block
    only bookings can be edited BUT NOT extended for future bookings

  9. We would like our customers to be able to view a meeting room map/floorplan when they are booking meeting rooms using the plug-in versus having to go to the desktop version to view a map/floorplan. A weblink to a floorplan in the plug-in would be helpful.

  10. Color Codes for Users in the advanced booking grid.

    can you adjust the advanced booking grid view for normal users to see the color codes of the meeting typ? At the moment these users can only see the color codes in the normal booking grid.

    Only group administrators an higher privileged users can see the color codes in both grids atm.

  11. Filter 'my bookings' by person booked for.

    Add the ability to 'filter' the 'booked for' column on the my bookings tab under personal spaces.

    When booking on behalf on multiple users, it would be really handy to filter the list so I can see one persons bookings at a time!

  12. We got multiple managed groups under one location. It’s only possible to filter using either location or workspace type in Request module. It would be easier for our teams to manage requests if it was also possible to filter based on Group. Since we are using multiple workspace types for one group, it becomes frustrating to always have to filter on each workspace type.

  13. In regards to "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912481-desk-booking/suggestions/42937590-desk-booking-reminder-email-day-before" and "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912475-mobile/suggestions/40788760-support-for-mobile-app-push-notifications".

    It would be great to receive a push notification the day before you've booked (e.g. 1 p.m. local time) to release the booking, when not needed anymore.
    This would be for "late" bookers, to still get a place.

  14. When a meeting is booked that has attendees assigned to it some method that allows the attendees to check-in to confirm they attended. Storing this data so that it can be checked that a person arrived and attended a specific meeting. Check-in could be on mobile app or screen for example.

  16. Country Admins not able to use some features like manage their location, GPS coordinates, map exchange resources, etc.

    Regional Admins could do that with no need to set them as Global Admin.

  20. There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.
