Meeting room delegates - they should be emailed when they cancel a booking on behalf of someone else
When a user is assigned as a delegate to another user, if they delete a room booking on behalf of someone else, only the booker gets the cancellation email, both the booker and delegate should get the email and it should show who deleted the booking

Personal Space All Day Desk Booking: add more configuration setting flexibility
We are using the personal space all day feature a lot for desk booking. We got many locations as well. These locations have different requirements to openings hours and days. It would be of great value if we could choose opening hours on a Location level. It would also be great if we could permanently close specific days in the week for booking.
Right now I am using a work around to close days throughout a year.

Plotted resources to remain in position after group change
Plotted resources to remain in position after group change. This is very frustrating that when a resource is moved into a different dept you need to re plot it back to the same position.
Once a resource has been plotted it should remain in such position until moved by admin

Alignment tool for desks
Have an alignment tool to allow desks/meeting room icons to be aligned in a uniformed position. Floor plans can look messy when one desks is out of alignment to all others.

Filter by custom roles in “Find your Team”
In “Find your Team” we can filter by default roles (e.g., Fire Marshal, First Aider), but filters for custom roles are not available.
We recently created a custom role called “Security Officer” (German: “Sicherheitsbeauftragter”). Users can be assigned to this role successfully, but it cannot be used as a filter in “Find your Team”.
• Expected behavior: All roles assigned to users — including tenant-specific custom roles — are available as filter criteria in “Find your Team” on both web and mobile.
• Actual behavior: Only default, system-provided roles appear as filter options.

Can you please make the option available? For example, I work as an assistant and should be able to make team reservations for multiple teams, but this is not currently possible. It should also be possible to make reservations for teams one is not personally a part of.

Three letters for names
It would be great to have 3 letters instead of only 2 for the abbrevation of our names. We are so many people here, the initials of our names are not unique anymore and lead to confusion.

Allow admins to prevent users from updating their email address in their profile
We use SSO although one of our users managed to change her email address in her profile to her personal email address. She then reported that things "weren't working properly" - the SSO continued to work but she reported that her notifications were going to the "wrong" email address and didn't know what. She also didn't know that she'd changed the email address.
From an admin perspective it would be beneficial to be able to lock this down so that individuals can't change the email address and cause support issued.
