  2. Currently, when deleting a user's profile, the pop-up message states that bookings can be transferred to a different profile, but it does not say whether there actually are any current bookings for that user. It would be helpful to know whether there are any bookings to be transferred.

  3. When creating a new Personal Space in Resource Administration, it would be good to have the option to create them as closed rather than creating them and then going back Application Setup > Resources, searching for them and setting them as closed.

  5. Hi there we are trying to have people be accountable for their own desk bookings and with the app team booking function we noticed that even if people use this option when it is generated in our reports it comes up with external user and not the names of the actual people in the team? Will the booking diagram show the persons initials once they accept the team day? If not how can we have that fixed so it appropriately reflects who is sitting where on what day?

  6. In Condeco reporting need to expose the UPN of the conference room for enhanced reporting and analysis with Teams Room data.. Please expose the UserPrincipalName of the Conference Rooms in the Condeco Reporting.

  11. It would be very helpful to be able to report an issue in the meeting room equipment via the display.

    Possibly using free text or a stored form that is displayed on the screen.

    It may be possible to group the topics so that different people are contacted depending on the defect.

    In the background, one or more contact e-mail addresses can be stored individually for each meeting room.

  12. Allow configuration for a minimum capacity for selecting a larger conference rooms. Users cannot book a room unless the minimum capacity is met. Example 60 person conference room could not be booked with less than 20 person attendees.

  13. With the booking grid, is there any way that the Group could default to meeting rooms rather than Car Parking? I'm sure that the majority of us utilise the meeting room functionality a lot mor than the car parking.

  14. Appointments in Outlook for booked desks should be customizable. The time when the appointment for this day is in Outlook should be adjustable, also the title of the appointment as well as the duration of the appointment should be adjustable for the administrator

  15. Make the field "Company" mandatory for when booking for externals. This would be important to track if it's an employee from an external company (and which) or a visit from a different branch that doesn't have Condeco rolled out. Also is it possible to include it in the reporting? Thanks

  18. At the moment, emails send when booking from the web app or the O365 add-in are not the same. User experience should be the same across the application (Web, iOS, Outlook).

    Same email HTML editable emails should be use for all bookings .

  20. Skip "you've been logged out" screen, and try logging in automatically. When it logs aout automaticly, it is really hard to log in agian. If we cilck on the "log in again" in the middle of the screen, nothing happens.
