  1. Color Codes for Users in the advanced booking grid.

    can you adjust the advanced booking grid view for normal users to see the color codes of the meeting typ? At the moment these users can only see the color codes in the normal booking grid.

    Only group administrators an higher privileged users can see the color codes in both grids atm.

  2. Filter 'my bookings' by person booked for.

    Add the ability to 'filter' the 'booked for' column on the my bookings tab under personal spaces.

    When booking on behalf on multiple users, it would be really handy to filter the list so I can see one persons bookings at a time!

  3. We got multiple managed groups under one location. It’s only possible to filter using either location or workspace type in Request module. It would be easier for our teams to manage requests if it was also possible to filter based on Group. Since we are using multiple workspace types for one group, it becomes frustrating to always have to filter on each workspace type.

  4. In regards to "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912481-desk-booking/suggestions/42937590-desk-booking-reminder-email-day-before" and "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912475-mobile/suggestions/40788760-support-for-mobile-app-push-notifications".

    It would be great to receive a push notification the day before you've booked (e.g. 1 p.m. local time) to release the booking, when not needed anymore.
    This would be for "late" bookers, to still get a place.

  5. When a meeting is booked that has attendees assigned to it some method that allows the attendees to check-in to confirm they attended. Storing this data so that it can be checked that a person arrived and attended a specific meeting. Check-in could be on mobile app or screen for example.

  7. Country Admins not able to use some features like manage their location, GPS coordinates, map exchange resources, etc.

    Regional Admins could do that with no need to set them as Global Admin.

  11. There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

  12. Ability to send an email to all people with a desk booking for the current day in the click of a button; to be able to immediately broadcast information in an emergency event without wasting time having to run a report and export in to outlook.

  13. The autocheckin API endpoint supports Flexi and Bookable type desk bookings. It does NOT support FIXED desk bookings. We would like the option to create flexi bookings for Executives but if they don't show up, we want the desk/office to NOT release. This way we can still use the API endpoint to check him in AND if the space isn't released if he/she does not show up.

  14. A big ask from users is the ability for them to assign their bays to someone else rather than following a release step then having someone else booking it since they’ve found that when releasing the bay gets snatched up immediately by someone else rather than the person, they were wanting to assign it to.

  16. In order to check allergens while consulting the printer-friendly version of the vendors report, chefs need to click back on the dropdown box, select allergens and link them to the right meeting, which is tedious and leaves them open to potential mistakes. Could you please add the Allergen/Intolerance/Preference information to the report so everything is captured all at once?

  17. We have enabled Condeco already in 12 countries and more are coming. Especially in countries where you have a Workers Council in place it is mandatory to support the local language. There we are requesting in a first step to support Czech Language, starting by the Webinterface and then also all of the other platforms. It is currently only tolerated by the Workers Council to rollout Condeco without the support of their Czech Language, expectation is, that this will be support in the near future.

  18. When booking personal areas, you can immediately see whether it is a Single Office, Double Office, Open Space, or at least open the map view in a separate window.

    If the confirmation email contained a calendar entry with the booking, displayed as free, all day, that would be great!

  19. We have connected our user base through IAM and SSO.
    We automatically remove users that don't belong to the company anymore.
    But people, who have left the company keep an assigned desk which makes no sense for me. Is it possible to automatically unassign a desk when someone is removed from the user database?
