  1. It would be very useful if in the mobile app it was possible to see all desks that are booked not only for today, but for the next weeks/days and by whom as a list.

  2. Just a quick note ....I booked room 38026 today, (2/25), for 12-1p, and received an email confirmation. but upon arriving at the room the schedule panel still showed 'Available' and those occupying wouldn't leave. So there may be some kind of lag and/or service interruption between the reservation system and the wall-mounted schedulers outside the rooms.

  3. Site announcement for specific day bookings.

    For example, if there are noisy building works you could make people aware of that at the time of booking so they can make a judgement call on whether to book in or not.

  4. The catering cut-off time should be limited to Monday-to-Friday business days only. The current 7-day cut-off is impractical for the business and is creating challenges for reporting and delivering efficient service.

  5. Currently Condeco is not providing an option to Active/inactive catering items in bulk and rather catering admins have to click on "Active" check box for each item one by one.
    We have a requirement where catering Admins should get an option to bulk active/inactive catering items which would save them with lot of time and make application more user friendly.

  6. On the app, when a floorplan is displayed and a desk is selected, a data tab pops up with information about that desk. However you now can't get rid of the popup tab, which obscures view of the full floorplan. Suggest that when a user taps again on the data tab it disappears showing the whole floor plan.

  7. As there is a difference of duty in "Fire Marshal" and "Fire Warden", we'd like to know, if there is any change to add/change "Fire Warden" to the system?
    Furthermore, we have also some trained "Security Trust Person" in our office and we'd like to know, if there is any chance to implement this?

  10. Add the possibility to assign key worker roles (first aiders, fire marshals) to users automatically via group assignments (which for SSO users should be abled to sync from an external source like Entra ID).

  11. Option to register RFID Cards without the need to setup a booking on V3 Desk Screen. Currently we are faced with having to register our users RFID Cards and only way is to book an open Personal Space, unfortunately we do not have any open Personal Spaces at the moment. It would be nice to have button option for the purpose of Registering RFID without needing to make a reservation.

  12. Please take away this option for staff to make themselves anonymous (or make it only accessible by admins): "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing as anonymous and there is no way to disable this for everyone without going through our 2800 users profiles individually. There is nothing to stop them from turning it back on.

  13. Search function in Cost Codes. Rather than scanning page by page manually, introduce the ability to SEARCH for a cost code to see if it's in the system already or needs to be added.

  17. Hi, In the Configuration menu Application setup > Resource type > All day personal spaces > Country > Location
    We want to have a button to be able to export in format (excel or csv) the list of all the resources that are displayed in the pages of the Resource Administration.

  19. Allow us to change the task status InProgress, Delivered and Collected to more relevant terms. This allow our reception team (who are also catering) to quickly understand the status of specific rooms from whichever portal they are in as Condeco does not allow the Vendor Portal and the normal page to be signed into at the same time

  20. If a person with a fixed desk books a different desk, e. g. because they have to work in another building on one day, but changes their mind because, for example, the appointment in the other building is canceled, their originally assigned desk remains bookable and is not reassigned to them. That means, if the desk booking is deleted again, the employee will have no desk at all, even if no booking has been made for the temporarily bookable desk. This has happened frequently. Can this be adjusted?
