  1. Ability to send an email to all people with a desk booking for the current day in the click of a button; to be able to immediately broadcast information in an emergency event without wasting time having to run a report and export in to outlook.

  2. The autocheckin API endpoint supports Flexi and Bookable type desk bookings. It does NOT support FIXED desk bookings. We would like the option to create flexi bookings for Executives but if they don't show up, we want the desk/office to NOT release. This way we can still use the API endpoint to check him in AND if the space isn't released if he/she does not show up.

  3. A big ask from users is the ability for them to assign their bays to someone else rather than following a release step then having someone else booking it since they’ve found that when releasing the bay gets snatched up immediately by someone else rather than the person, they were wanting to assign it to.

  4. Please consider implement some kind of MFA / OTP during condeco login process. As you may now nowadays due to security most of system with internet connection are apply enhancement login methods.

  5. In order to check allergens while consulting the printer-friendly version of the vendors report, chefs need to click back on the dropdown box, select allergens and link them to the right meeting, which is tedious and leaves them open to potential mistakes. Could you please add the Allergen/Intolerance/Preference information to the report so everything is captured all at once?

  6. We have enabled Condeco already in 12 countries and more are coming. Especially in countries where you have a Workers Council in place it is mandatory to support the local language. There we are requesting in a first step to support Czech Language, starting by the Webinterface and then also all of the other platforms. It is currently only tolerated by the Workers Council to rollout Condeco without the support of their Czech Language, expectation is, that this will be support in the near future.

  7. When booking personal areas, you can immediately see whether it is a Single Office, Double Office, Open Space, or at least open the map view in a separate window.

    If the confirmation email contained a calendar entry with the booking, displayed as free, all day, that would be great!

  8. We have connected our user base through IAM and SSO.
    We automatically remove users that don't belong to the company anymore.
    But people, who have left the company keep an assigned desk which makes no sense for me. Is it possible to automatically unassign a desk when someone is removed from the user database?

  10. The Condeco/Eptura notification service is great aka send notifications to condeco mobile app for check-ins, etc. Is there a plan to allow customers to use the notificaiton service to send customized messages to user within the app?

  13. RE the recent change of not giving users access to booking details that occurred more than 30 days in the past, it feels like Condeco is introducing unnecessary barriers to user performance. We shouldn’t need to run reports every time we need to access past bookings information. We are going backwards with this change. All information should remain easily accessible to users. Condeco says this is 'to improve performance', but I can guarantee this is not for the users benefit at all. We deal with 5000+ bookings per month.     Thank you for your feedback on this matter. The recent changes were implemented to enhance the application's performance, and we've observed significant improvements in both response time and overall speed. However, we recognize that some data previously accessible through the Booking form is not visible in the Booking Summary. We are working to enhance the Booking Summary to display all relevant meeting data so that past bookings can be replicated without the need to use the 'Reports' section of Condeco.


    We'd would also like to highlight that it is still possible to view bookings on the Booking Grid and use the 'Copy' function to replicate the meeting at a future date.

  15. Hello, I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the filtering options within Condeco. Specifically, it would be highly beneficial to have a filter that allows users to distinguish between active and non-active items, not only for Catering Services but for all items within the platform.
    Currently, the lack of such a filter makes it challenging to efficiently manage and navigate through the various items. Implementing this feature would streamline our workflow, improve user experience, and enhance overall productivity.

  17. this team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week.

    so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level..

  18. Can an API endpoint be created for meeting room check ins? We have an automated process in place to check in users today when they arrive to the office. We want to offer the option for the user to allow check ins for their reserved meeting room books when checked into the office. Thank you.

  20. Users have encountered several issues since Outlook was synced with Condeco. We recommend providing the option to configure whether we want the default tick selected when booking a room, allowing us more control over the setup.
