  1. Bulk-assign desks to other Groups:

    Analogous to Zone assignment, it would be a great improvement from user experience perspective if it would be possible to bulk-assign desks to other Groups. Currently, you need to adjust every single resource separetly in order to assign it to another Group which is a quite tedious process with multiple resources.

  2. On the new unified mobile app when trying to book a meeting space and selecting calendar view the room name only allows for about 8 chars to be visible. Where room names are e.g. COL Room 1, COL Room 2 it means you can't see what room number you are booking. Other than renaming our rooms can this be improved somehow?

  3. This is similar feature we have in room booking where in we can see the who made the booking, when the booking was made, when it was edited, checked-in, released, etc. This feature or the capability to see the booking history would be a big help for the users/admins to a initial investigation for booking issues.

  5. For example, report all height adjustable desks, or all meeting rooms with video conferencing.
    Currently there is a need to maintain this information separately even though it is configured in the Condeco system.

  7. Currently a site configured for Whole Day bookings sees 2 slots per day booked. Can this be changed to reflect 1 slot per day? Would make reporting much more accurate,

  8. The default wording in the self-certify popup ‘I confirm that I have read and agree to all statements above’ and ‘I do not agree to all statements above’ do not match how we want to word the statements in the popup.

  9. We use our own self-certification forms hosted on O365. We require staff and visitors to self-certify prior to coming into the office by completing our form. It would be great if the welcome message on the today page would accept HTML (like the e-mail templates) so we can link to our form from there. Same for the self-certify popup on the mobile app. Would be great if people could click thru from the popup to our own form.

    Would also be nice to use some own corporate branding like a logo on the Welcome / today page.

  10. We would like to have the ability to select closed days.
    Our office closes every Friday but am unable to set desks closed more than one week in advance. Could do with having business days as a tick box in Global settings.

  11. We want to be able to customize the Team assignments, so that we can restrict teams to different weekly patterns, such as specific days of the week.

    For example:

    Team A : Can book only on Monday and Tuesday.
    Team B : Can book only on Wednesday and Friday
    Team C : Can book only on Friday and monday
    Team D : etc..

  12. Currently only the user who raised the private meeting can edit a private meeting title.

    Can administrators i.e. receptionist update headings.

  14. If a blind managed confirmed booking is amended by the end user the booking drops off the grid as it is in a "new and updated" status. This risks the original booked and confirmed room being assigned to another booking request.
    It would be better for these bookings to stay on grid and show as pending.

  15. Currently there is no way to search by "Last name". May be in UK it is OK to search only by "First name", in DE and the rest of Europe this is not practicable.
    Same topic: Sort by Last name.

  16. Kiosk pre-selected desk shouldn't be booked until user selects "Confirm and Exit"

    If the user opts to book a different desk to the one that has been pre-selected then, without this change, the user receives 2 confirmation emails. As is stands, this causes unnecessary email traffic and confusion for the user. It is also not consistent behaviour for the kiosk.

  17. Would be nice if there´s a mobile app (iOS & Android) which is especially made for vendors workflow management, basically just the vendor dashboard as a mobile app.

    This would speed up the process of the booking workflow.

  18. I can Bulk-Upload users to the web portal, however I cannot update/delete users this way - e.g. when a RFID card changed, the user changed his/her name or a user has left the organization.
    So there is either an update/delete existing users missing (e.g. via a delete user flag) or a "bulk delete non-admins" button.

  20. Using the outlook plugin we should have the opportunity to copy a meeting which was held in the past and use it for a future appointment.

    Currently this is not possible
