  1. A. Most of our Executive Assistants will have the booking grid open

    1. Web browser on one screen,
    2. Outlook calendar Add-In in another screen

    They will constantly switch between the two when lining up meetings – particularly when trying to book series

    B. Concierge and room meeting coordinators only use the Condeco portal (they do not use the Outlook Add in).

    On one window they will have the Visitors list opened and on another list, they will have the booking grid open and will constantly move between the two

    The impact here of this change is they have to constantly sign…

  2. In order to get an accurate understanding of our meeting room utilisation, we need to be able to report on who attended meetings on site and who joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. This is not currently possible. Please could you allow us to report on virtual attendees (where On site is unticked) via reports and the API.

  3. Booking Grid - Search entire building/site instead of individual floors. In the Booking Grid under Personal Spaces, we can only search by floors and not the entire building. Can you add an ALL option to search all floors of one building/site? Thank you.

  4. Dear Eptura, we would like to suggest, if you can install a zoom in and zoom out function in the web application of Condeco.

    Many of our users are complaining, they would like to zoom in the floorplan for a better view, but it is not possible.

    It would be good, if you can implement that zoom function for better user experience.

  5. Feature to indicate what equipment is down in specific conference room (i.e. broken camera, broken monitor, speaker not working) so that they are aware prior to booking.

  6. User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

  8. Hello - I would like to suggest an idea to have the capability in Condeco to customize a desk bump reminder to suit the group/location persona. i.e the current setup sends out an email 10 minutes before the check-in time. we should be able to edit the 10 minutes' time

  9. The Device Hub Application is not listed as a Secure APP on Microsoft Intune, and one of our clients was concerned about the Condeco Application's security. They accepted the application as an exception for a period but requested that this must be added ASAP for Global Approval.
    We believe that the Device Hub has all requirements for this MS approval the same way the Condeco Mobile APP Enterprise has and is listed in MS.

  10. We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
    We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.
    We also want the option to disable this email for some groups of rooms.

  12. External Visitors do not have the app for check-ins to desks and currently, only the booker who has made on behalf is able to do the check-in. There should be visibility and functionality for Admins to view the list of external visitors for the day and check in on behalf, as the booker may not be in office for the day.

  13. While you can use the POST Desk API endpoint to create and modify desks, you are unable to verify the information that currently exists on a desk. It will help customers keep the desks updated with the right values if they can retrieve the current desk information. Information customers are looking for are:
    - External ID
    - Resource Group
    - Assigned User
    - Any other data element provided in the POST request

  15. When I press "Close the Today Page" the system takes me to the Home page of the Meeting Spaces section.
    Now companies are promoting hybrid working and colleagues use Condeco to book personal spaces (desks) rather than meeting spaces can you include an option to return to the Personal Spaces section instead?

  16. Can we please get an all desk group view, outside of reporting to help us understand how many colleagues will be in the office on a given day at a glance. at the moment admins have to select and screen shot each group and stich together a custom view.

  17. the Com+ plugin allows for viewing the floor plan for rooms. Smart Calendar does not. Allowing floor plans would be great for rooms in smart calendar

  18. Improve the user experience by adding future bookings to the welcome / today page. Currently there is a lot of unused space that could be used to provide users with an overview of upcoming bookings.

  19. In the mobile app, I can specify a date range when searching for colleagues, so I can look over a longer period of time to see when a particular colleague is in the office. This should also be possible via web version. Unfortunately, I can currently only select one day for the search.

  20. Bulk-assign desks to other Groups:

    Analogous to Zone assignment, it would be a great improvement from user experience perspective if it would be possible to bulk-assign desks to other Groups. Currently, you need to adjust every single resource separetly in order to assign it to another Group which is a quite tedious process with multiple resources.
