  1. Currently for managed bookings, when using the 'All' filter, a request that was approved and then updated shows the word 'New' in grey but we want it to be a different ‘new’ than the ‘new’ items that haven't been updated as these are more urgent and will stop users losing the room.

    As it is updated and was previously approved it needs to be actioned before it is missed.

  2. When booking a recurring meeting with equipment - if one of the recurrences cannot be accommodated because the room is already booked - the list of alternative rooms includes those where the equipment it not allowed. if the user selects that room (maybe not realising) the booking is still saved, the equipment is not added but the user is not given any warning that the equipment hasn't been booked for that recurrence.

    For example, you can book a projector for Room 1 but not Room 2

  3. When a visitor is "arrived" on the system, ALL internal attendees should get the notification email not just the host. Most of our hosts are partners and they would not be impressed to have to email all of their colleagues when a visitor arrives. When reception are busy it is very annoying and time consuming to have to email the other internal staff separately.

  4. Can a change be implemented for your visitors for today to show on the Today page, in the same way that your bookings do? This would save you from having to go into "Visitors" to check you've added the correct visitors for a meeting that may have been booked weeks before.

  5. Currently, the Wayfinder works only with the English language and English date.
    The possibility to convert to German, would be helpful.

    The goal should be that the Wayfinder displays the day and the month in German

    Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag, Freitag, Samstag, Sonntag,

  7. I would like to have check boxes for Catering Items and IT Equipment so a user does not need to add one item at a time. Example would be Water, Soda, Coffee a check box next to each item and that gets added to the room booking instead of having to add Water, then add coffee. etc. Do this for all catering items same for IT Equipment. if a user books a room they want to be able check off a laptop, projector, screen, Video Conference instead of having to add them one at a time.

  8. Currently troubleshooting connect screens is not as easy as it could be.

    It would be great if we could sync connect V2 screens to the laptops to see screen logs files to identify and diagnose screen performance issues.

  11. Dear Eptura, we would like to suggest, if you can install a zoom in and zoom out function in the web application of Condeco.

    Many of our users are complaining, they would like to zoom in the floorplan for a better view, but it is not possible.

    It would be good, if you can implement that zoom function for better user experience.

  13. User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

  15. We miss the possibility for admins to edit details of a booking users have created with the M365 Outlook Add-In. At the moment, only the booking user is able to make changes.

  16. Linked Rooms: create separate combined rooms (ie. Dayton AB, etc) with their own capacities/setup for users to book the right space for their group. And, for the conference center team to properly set up the combination room and provide correct catering. The current linked rooms can be reserved; however, the number of attendees and setup do not show for the combined rooms. It only shows these for the individual rooms being “linked”. This affects our conference center operations for setup, staffing, catering and other operational functions.

  17. We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
    We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.
    We also want the option to disable this email for some groups of rooms.

  18. It would be good if there was a way to stop users from booking catering on a Friday for the next Monday.
    We can have a booking rule to stop the user for adding catering to bookings for the next day but there needs to be a way the weekend is stopped.

  20. Currently, it is not possible to provide admin roles to users via external API (SCIM).

    Idea is to manage these over Azure/AD groups in the same way like group mapping for restricted ressources.
