  1. It would be helpful if there was an auto allocate

    When a site has many rooms, you need to allocate all the services to that room which is extremely time-consuming when you have a lot of services.

  2. Use case : a user makes a room booking for a date without catering.

    A few days before the meeting, he decides to add catering (eg meal trays). Unfortunately, if these services have setup and clean-down times, the system tries to set them up, but if in the meantime the slots before and after are busy (which is often the case), the system displays an incomprehensible error message saying that the room is not available.

    To solve this problem ideally the setup and cleandown times should be applied within the booking schedule, and not outside. Because it is more logical…

  3. Provide the admin the ability to run a report on demand. This report would show the users booking on behalf of someone else. Include the booking creator user name, booked for user name, booking date and time, and location of user being booked for.

  4. Our catering vendor team put together a large function sheet in a word doc for large events.
    This doc lists menus, service times, facilities required etc.
    An administrator them has to manually update the booking with the information on Condeco.
    What would ve good is the ability to upload the document to Condeco and the requirements to auto populate the booking. This would save a lot of administration time.

  6. Add visitor company as selection field to room booking report. Currently there is only a list of internal and external visitors without any additional information. The visitor report does not display enough Information to identify the related meeting (room, title, host) and is therefore not usable for our reception team.

  8. I would like to have check boxes for Catering Items and IT Equipment so a user does not need to add one item at a time. Example would be Water, Soda, Coffee a check box next to each item and that gets added to the room booking instead of having to add Water, then add coffee. etc. Do this for all catering items same for IT Equipment. if a user books a room they want to be able check off a laptop, projector, screen, Video Conference instead of having to add them one at a time.

  9. We would like to be able to specify parameters/fields which are required for our general staff to populate when they are booking the room. Then our Meeting Planning staff will be fully informed as to how to service the event(s).

    Desired fields:

    Waitstaff Needed: yes/no (required)

    Food Service Needed: yes/no (required)

    AV Support Needed: yes/no (required)

    MPE Planner Needed: yes/no (required)

  10. Currently troubleshooting connect screens is not as easy as it could be.

    It would be great if we could sync connect V2 screens to the laptops to see screen logs files to identify and diagnose screen performance issues.

  16. The ability for a user to create multiple teams to enable booking a team day via the app instead of having to select individuals from one large list, the user could create Team A, Team B, etc. to invite different teams to collaborate on projects or on different days.

  20. It would be good if there was a way to stop users from booking catering on a Friday for the next Monday.
    We can have a booking rule to stop the user for adding catering to bookings for the next day but there needs to be a way the weekend is stopped.
