  1. When the vendor receives a new booking, he can only take charge of it (accept, on its way ...), but he can't refuse it (for exemple if the informations are wrong, if an article is temporary unavailable ...).
    Currently the administrators can refuse the booking of a room with an explanation sent by email. Can we do the same thing for catering ?

  2. When a visitor is "arrived" on the system, ALL internal attendees should get the notification email not just the host. Most of our hosts are partners and they would not be impressed to have to email all of their colleagues when a visitor arrives. When reception are busy it is very annoying and time consuming to have to email the other internal staff separately.

  3. It would be helpful if there was an auto allocate

    When a site has many rooms, you need to allocate all the services to that room which is extremely time-consuming when you have a lot of services.

  4. Use case : a user makes a room booking for a date without catering.

    A few days before the meeting, he decides to add catering (eg meal trays). Unfortunately, if these services have setup and clean-down times, the system tries to set them up, but if in the meantime the slots before and after are busy (which is often the case), the system displays an incomprehensible error message saying that the room is not available.

    To solve this problem ideally the setup and cleandown times should be applied within the booking schedule, and not outside. Because it is more logical…

  5. Provide the admin the ability to run a report on demand. This report would show the users booking on behalf of someone else. Include the booking creator user name, booked for user name, booking date and time, and location of user being booked for.

  6. Our catering vendor team put together a large function sheet in a word doc for large events.
    This doc lists menus, service times, facilities required etc.
    An administrator them has to manually update the booking with the information on Condeco.
    What would ve good is the ability to upload the document to Condeco and the requirements to auto populate the booking. This would save a lot of administration time.

  7. It would be good to allow the vendor manager to reset or go back a step to change the status of items on the dashboard
    Sometimes the vendor has made an error and changed the status of the wrong room ie delivered and then can't change back to in-progress etc.

  9. Add visitor company as selection field to room booking report. Currently there is only a list of internal and external visitors without any additional information. The visitor report does not display enough Information to identify the related meeting (room, title, host) and is therefore not usable for our reception team.

  11. We would like to be able to specify parameters/fields which are required for our general staff to populate when they are booking the room. Then our Meeting Planning staff will be fully informed as to how to service the event(s).

    Desired fields:

    Waitstaff Needed: yes/no (required)

    Food Service Needed: yes/no (required)

    AV Support Needed: yes/no (required)

    MPE Planner Needed: yes/no (required)

  12. Currently troubleshooting connect screens is not as easy as it could be.

    It would be great if we could sync connect V2 screens to the laptops to see screen logs files to identify and diagnose screen performance issues.

  18. We have 8 buildings with 7 floors per building. So people using the floorplan VERY regularly but they are not able to find it. It´s very frustrating for them until they understand, that they have to select a certain floor to see the floorplan. We are getting quite often calls, where users ask, where the meeting room is. Because only the host/requestor see it on the Todays Page.

    Request: Floorplans should be more visible to everybody, people also using it to check when a certain meeting room is free. Is more easier for them, then the grid view.

  19. We got many complaints about the Webinterface searching mask, because it´s resetting everytime when you change something. As all of the 8 buildings are connected, people select another building when they don´t find a suitable space. Therefore they are forced to change the time and time multiple times before they are finding a room.

    Request: Keep the entered searching cirterias until the page is opend again or for a period of time

  20. For example: If you have booked a meeting from 9-12 AM with catering and then you reschedule it for 8-12, the catering time is not adapting automatically.

    If the catering time and the meeting time is the same, it should follow this logic.
