  2. Make available in Advanced Reports - Newly provisioned users report + Date of user provisioning so the users can be filtered out based on the date they were provisioned in Condeco.

  3. We would have the possibility to define, at platform level, tolerance bands regarding the proportion between smartworking days/presence on site allowed for employees (e.g. maximum 50% of smartworking days, maximum 80% of presence on site) over a time interval (e.g. week, month).

    If an employee overpass the tolerance band he should receive an alert notification directly via the mobile app.

  5. I've logged into Home and looking at the Search Results. It would be very helpful and nice if I could click on the Column Header and sort the information based on what I would like to see.

    Right now, I have to scroll through a massive room list and I still do not find my preference easily!

  6. It would be good if there was setting to enable us to use the panel as a display screen only. IE we don't want users to basically use the panel, we want it to be a display of the current meeting only and would therefore not not need the green time boxes/bar that you can click on to see next meeting or future dates.

  7. Hey,
    could you please consider adding a possibility to give a regular User the rights to start the Advanced Reports without administration rights ?
    Per design currently we can add the rights to access the Advanced Reports menu but cannot run the reports without admin rights.

  9. There should be the possibility to add columns e.g. "Meeting Title" to the Requests view (Room Booking > Requests). This would help the administrators to prioritize meetings

  10. In order to ensure a set up is always entered or ammended in the 'set up' field on the booking page it should be mandatory to choose a set up before proceeding to the next page.

  11. To have a functionality for normal users to bulk upload visitors on the Attendees tab in booking from for uploading multiple external visitors at once. This can help clients in hosting category (like ATOS who outsource their workspace to their client to host events) with managing their workspace efficiently. As we are aware, this functionality is available to group admins or above only.

  12. The Room Booking option in the Outlook Plugin should allow searching based on Date.

    There are instances when a meeting must be held in a specific room.

    Currently, if the room is unavailable, the user must toggle back to Outlook, update date\time and search again. There must be a better approach to finding the next available date.

  13. If you have selected a freely bookable room, you only get freely bookable rooms as an alternative.

    it's the same the other way around.

    managed room in the appointment, only managed rooms appear in the selection.

    This is also limited of VC choices. You should be able to select ANY room as an alternative.
    This also includes selecting a room in a different location/floor if necessary.

  14. The number of licenses on an account / renewal date is currently not visible to customers. This is not desirable and has caused outages for us when there has been some error on adding new licenses to our account. We suggest this information should be visible on the Connect portal to assist with purchasing / licensing.

  15. The app uses Chrome tabs to launch the Mobile desk booking app and our request is- is there a scope of developing an app which uses Microsoft Edge browser to launch Desk and Room Booking.

    If Chrome is not installed on users mobile it will not launch as of now.

  16. While some users like the confirmation emails, others apparently do not and feel it's just cluttering their mailbox. Is it possible to add a user profile setting that would enable/disable the sending of emails to that user?

  17. It would be helpful if there was an auto allocate

    When a site has many rooms, you need to allocate all the services to that room which is extremely time-consuming when you have a lot of services.

  18. Our catering vendor team put together a large function sheet in a word doc for large events.
    This doc lists menus, service times, facilities required etc.
    An administrator them has to manually update the booking with the information on Condeco.
    What would ve good is the ability to upload the document to Condeco and the requirements to auto populate the booking. This would save a lot of administration time.

  19. Add visitor company as selection field to room booking report. Currently there is only a list of internal and external visitors without any additional information. The visitor report does not display enough Information to identify the related meeting (room, title, host) and is therefore not usable for our reception team.
