Issue Reporting via Room Screen
It would be very helpful to be able to report an issue in the meeting room equipment via the display.
Possibly using free text or a stored form that is displayed on the screen.
It may be possible to group the topics so that different people are contacted depending on the defect.
In the background, one or more contact e-mail addresses can be stored individually for each meeting room.

Room minimum capacity
Allow configuration for a minimum capacity for selecting a larger conference rooms. Users cannot book a room unless the minimum capacity is met. Example 60 person conference room could not be booked with less than 20 person attendees.

Outlook
Appointments in Outlook for booked desks should be customizable. The time when the appointment for this day is in Outlook should be adjustable, also the title of the appointment as well as the duration of the appointment should be adjustable for the administrator

Add technology (MTR) Plus the room simultaneously via the web
when booking via the web we should be able to also automatically include the technology. it works in outlook as well as the mobile app. it would make sense that when booking via the web it would invite the MTR especially since the MTR email address is added in the resource which is ON the web

Ability to book for a rolling month and send reminder to users when bookings open
Some offices look to book for a rolling monthly booking calendar. It will be excellent to see if we can send reminder when the bookings open for each month.

Configure default meeting reminder at organization level
It's about configuration of meeting reminders. Currently, users are required to manually set this option for each booking. Would like the possibility for admins to configure it at organization level (for every rooms, users and bookings)

Your Team function - Posibilty to see the booked desk of your colleagues
It would be fantastic if you could view the booked desks in the "Your Team" overview. This enhancement would significantly improve usability by making it easier to coordinate the optimal office day for working alongside your colleagues.

Develop a mobile app that supports conditional access
we provision our users in SCIM and log in with SSO. Our company has strict security guidelines and conditional access activated. Use of the condeco app is not possible because there is no sdk app to manage in Intune.

Choose a single appointment with Condeco Outlook Add-In from a recurring meeting without an end date
Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date. Requestor and Host Contact Info
Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.
We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.

Vendor Portal - Enhancement(s) to the tasks assigned to IT Resources
Can the Cost Centre column width be adjusted to the whole VC ID is visible? At least then they could match up the tasks to the same booking.

Have other users presence automatically appear in addition to simply yours.
Have other users' presence appear automatically when viewing the floor plan, in addition to simply yours. This would immediately provide a visual representation of attendance in the space.

App no longer shows floor plans if no desks are free, which means you can't look at who is sitting where / locate colleagues.
Find a colleague finding a colleague using “Booking grid” is not very convenient. The other option “Find a Colleague” also doesn’t show floor map if all desks are booked. So, it is good to have a floor map to find a colleague as just by hovering on map we can locate who is sitting where rather than finding it under booking grid option. This functionality was there until the most recent upgrade. Hence this is the removal of function or bug. Is Account Manager at Eptura Aware of this? Referring to Case 398756.
