  1. It's about configuration of meeting reminders. Currently, users are required to manually set this option for each booking. Would like the possibility for admins to configure it at organization level (for every rooms, users and bookings)

  2. It would be fantastic if you could view the booked desks in the "Your Team" overview. This enhancement would significantly improve usability by making it easier to coordinate the optimal office day for working alongside your colleagues.

  4. we provision our users in SCIM and log in with SSO. Our company has strict security guidelines and conditional access activated. Use of the condeco app is not possible because there is no sdk app to manage in Intune.

  5. Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
    Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date.   7. Unset the In-office status when I cancel a desk reservation.
    When I book and eventually cancel a desk reservation, my In-office status remains set to Working from the office.

  9. Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.

    We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.

  11. Can the Cost Centre column width be adjusted to the whole VC ID is visible? At least then they could match up the tasks to the same booking.
    Can the list be sorted by the Cost Center column? At least then they could sort the list and bookings with the same VC ID would all be together.

  12. Have other users' presence appear automatically when viewing the floor plan, in addition to simply yours. This would immediately provide a visual representation of attendance in the space.

  13. The addition of a custom field feature for VAT

    "Custom VAT value in Condeco Catering Services while adding the catering services"
    The default value exists(Select the VAT percentage rate from the list. Either 10, 15, 17.5, or 20, percent)
    Logically, it should be customizable. It shouldn't take the default value or commonly used values. Please take this as enhanchement.

  14. Find a colleague finding a colleague using “Booking grid” is not very convenient. The other option “Find a Colleague” also doesn’t show floor map if all desks are booked. So, it is good to have a floor map to find a colleague as just by hovering on map we can locate who is sitting where rather than finding it under booking grid option. This functionality was there until the most recent upgrade. Hence this is the removal of function or bug. Is Account Manager at Eptura Aware of this? Referring to Case 398756.

  17. Outlook created items if deleted from Condeco web app stay on the individual's calendar. This happens to all attendees on that invite. When deleted from Condeco web app it leave the teams meeting and the name of the meeting but removes the room.

  18. When booking from condeco web, the video equipment does not get invited to the meeting, however works via the condeco smart calendar.

    I know this is by design but we would like the email that's populated on the resource via the External calendar mailbox field to be triggered via condeco web, like it is via the smart calendar.

  19. When booking meetings through Condeco’s website, we are not able to add a link to a teams meeting. This does not happen when using the Outlook add-on, but it would be extremely helpful to have the option of adding the link when booking rooms directly on the web app.

  20. Our meeting room groups all have the 'Default Booking Period' to '30 Minutes'. The web app respects these increments. However, the mobile app allows meeting rooms to be booked in 15-minute increments. A further impact is that reception teams are unable to confirm requests that begin or end on '15' or '45'. Condeco has confirmed this issue. The mobile app should respect the default booking period defined in each group.
