  1. In Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is not displayed because the default grouping is by Status. If you change the display to group by another field such as Building, then you must manually add the Status field heading under Select Fields to view the status in Maintenance Console. However, once you exit Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is reset to not display by default.  

    It would be nice if the Status field heading remained even after leaving Maintenance Console.

  2. As an administrator, in order to reduce the size of the database, I would like to offload activity log and data event log records to an AWS S3 bucket or Azure blob storage.
    This integration or connector can also be used in coordination with other services for example:
    As an administrator, in order to archive auditable 'login' events (et. al.) I want to store Archibus log files in AWS S3 or S3 compatible cloud storage.

  3. In version 2022.02 you can enter information into the quick search and a drop down list of floors that meet your criteria displays. You select the floor and the floorplan automatically loads on the right panel. This is a quick and easy way to search for and display 1 floor at a time.

    In version 2022.04 the quick search gives you a room list result and you must check the box next to the floor you want.

    This change has eliminated the user friendly quick search if the end user easily wants to search for just 1 floor.

  4. When you click on the space you want to sit and realize you have not put the correct day or time you cannot go back. You have to cancel and start over. This is in the SaaS version

  5. There should be an ability to report on user activity and access in system administrator. Currently the only way administrators do this is to go to the back end to get the log files.

    Unfortunately the report called "Users logged into Archibus" on webcentral is more for a point in time but also doesn't not quite show activity.

    The report I am referring to is a way to see at at a summary, ie. today 150 users logged in, most used activities are Space Management, Maintenance, Asset Management, Hoteling for example.

  7. Our SaaS Customer that uses Portfolio Management and has hundreds of properties all around the country, would like to have the following standard functionality as in Archibus Cloud:

    1- The ability to place Properties polylines in a map and show them in an Archibus view (this would be similar to existing view "Asset explorer in campus", which shows Building polylines instead, please refer to attached image).

    2- If possible, it would be great that this view works without an Extensions for Esri license (as far as we know, that Extension is not even included in Archibus Cloud). The same as…

  8. The addition of Maintenance Checklists was great, but the ability to refer back to the history of completed checklists, print, or search for them in the Maintenance Console is very limited or non-existent.
    1. The ability to search for work that "Has Checklist" from the Maintenance Console
    2. The ability to save a completed checklist in PDF.

    3. Enhance the existing Maintenance Survey Report to group, sort, export and allow printing
    4. Once a work request is Complete and Closed there is no way of getting back to the Checklist - accessibility from Search and Manage to find work requests…

  9. Archibus Users with our XXXX-RP-PU Archibus role can't assign employees to available rooms in the Space Console. Is it only because they don’t have this security group: Space-console-all-access security group, or it has something to do with the fact that we have a customization for these users for the Space Console. What would be the options to have those users to be able to perform this task from the Space Console?

  10. One of our customer (on premise) is using Ping Certificate to handle SSO connexions.
    While WebCentral works perfectly, SmartClient does not allow connexion.

    After a deep enquiry with Archibus support, we ended up discovering that Ping Certificate's response consist in a multi-dimensional cookie, not supported by SmartClient.

    The demand is to improve SmartClient to also support multi-dimensional cookies (best guess : contact the Ping editor).

  11. Currently Supervisors are able to Close work requests with pending satisfaction survey. Some managements require this to be completed before closing and being able to track their ratings for customer service improvement.

  12. In both mobile and desktop application, Once a checklist has been completed the ability to generate this checklist into a PDF and sent (email) it to a recipients (who may be not archibus users).

    Scenario we are providing a service on an asset or location and the Work request has a Checklist involved. Once completed we need to supply documented evidence of the works completed and a copy of the service checks.   14. Within the Portfolio Edit Wizard, restrict the options for what a user can put in a location field based on what higher level location fields they've already completed. So for example, if I put Hawaii as the State Code, I shouldn't then be able to input an address in Address 1, Postal Code or Property Code for a location in Ohio.

  15. One way of telling if there is an enumeration list for a field is that an ellipsis displays when you mouse over it. For example in the Add New Building screen. Sometimes there's a delay between when you mouse over and when it displays. Could the ellipsis be displayed all the time rather than only when you mouse over it?

    Also, if you tab across fields, please display the ellipsis to tell you there's an enumeration list and change it so I can hit enter or something to bring up the options in the enumeration list.

  16. Improve the order in which you tab through the fields in the Add New Building screen by either redesigning the layout or changing what field tab moves you to. At present if I tab through the fields I don't do all of the location-related fields consecutively. For example I go from Building Name > Region Code > Date Book Value Assessed > Building Photo > State Code.

    So in that example there two fields unrelated to location in between the location-related fields.

  17. When moving through the platform, it's inconsistent how you select a particular item. For example in the Edit Existing Building screen it's a tick box to select a building then mouse up to the select icon (which doesn't look like a button). But in the Lease Portfolio Console there's no tick box for the building you want to select, and no select icon to then click. Instead you just click on one of the fields for the item you want to select.

    The most important thing is to make it consistent. My preference would be to be able to just…

  18. We have instances where an employee works across multiple campus' or buildings and therefore requires a desk in both locations. It would be great if the ARCHIBUS Workspace Transaction feature was available in the SaaS version to allow for an employee to be allocated to multiple desks / locations.

  20. Provide a report that shows the total number of workspace bookings (confirmed and unconfirmed) and then the breakdown of number of confirmed vs. unconfirmed bookings for a user-specified date range.
