Workplace Reservations: Ability to choose different room arrangements
Currently Workplace does not support display/choice of different room arrangements in reservations. Need the ability to choose and view images from the different room arrangements available for a specific room in Workplace.

Task in Web Central that could bulk upload a schedule maintenance and steps
Develop a tool or task within Web Central that could bulk upload the PM task and PM schedule. I think it would be helpful than doing it one by one. The user will have an option to bulk upload or record it one by one. The tool will just have two simple steps for example - just upload schedule and task. And then the tool will auto populate the tables necessary for successful WO generation. Maybe a template file would be necessary for task and schedule.

Auto Close WR "CloseDaysAfterWrDateCompleted" parameter
There seems to be no fault tolerance in the function/process related to
"CloseDaysAfterWrDateCompleted"
If the process finds a record that has some form of data issue (it does happen) the process stops at that record and does not continue (on error continue). No other records are processed.
The process starts again the next night and stops again at the same record, so no archives are achieved. Effectively stopping the process15 votes -
Enhance Revit integration : units handling should be available for all Revit base units (also for temperature, volume, luminous int., ...)
Revit uses an internal base unit system (see attached screenshot) and only converts the units in the UI for the Revit user, based on the projects/user's preferences.
When mapping Revit parameters with units other than for area and length to ARCHIBUS, the base units are not converted to the ARCHIBUS user's preferences.
For now ARCHIBUS has only set up conversion rules for area and length values, but not for values destined for temperature, volume, or any other field type.

DRAWING UPDATE (2458)
We are looking for a way to be able to prepare in advance a plan for a new space or a reconfiguration without affecting the current information in the system.
For example, I have a floor on which reservations are in progress throughout the week. On Friday evening, the floor will close for a complete furniture reconfiguration. On Monday morning, we want the plan in the system to represent the new layout.

Opacity of plans
Ability to determine the opacity of background plans. On AutoCAD, the plan has bold lines. But after publishing, they come out faded, especially for mobile. No amount of tweaking existing parameters affects this. A CSS had to be created to bypass this functionality.

Cancellation email for unconfirmed workspace bookings
If Workspace bookings require check-in/confirmation and the user does not check-in, the booking is automatically canceled.
Add the ability to send a cancellation email to the user indicating the booking has been cancelled because it was not confirmed.
Currently, in V2022.03 - no emails are sent for cancellations due to unconfirmed bookings.

Improve Determine Order Sequence form
Issue:
In Archibus there is form that allow to determine the Order Sequence of the SLA. This form is not very pragmatical because there is no way to pre-order the list by group ID. The easiest way to verify the order and update them is to extract information from the Smart client by exporting in Excel, manipulating the data and re-uploading.Proposal:

Colleague visibility - opt in, and friend list.
Having the ability to find others, whether in a hotel or assigned seat, is great, but can provide a liability with stalking behavior. Like many apps today, It would be good to have an opt in/out and also create a friend/colleague list where you could control who is able to see your location.
This is especially true for Sr. Executives that can be a target from a disgruntled employee.12 votes -
Add Recurring Cost without Using Location Tree
When creating a recurring cost in the Costs Wizard - Leases, Building, and Properties, enable the Add Recurring Cost button to show without needing to use the location tree.
At present the Add Recurring Cost button only appears if you search using the filters then navigate to the correct item in the location tree which is inefficient and unnecessary if you know sufficient detail about the item to which you want to add a Recurring Cost.

Special Caracter's in Search function (e.a. Desk Booking)
We have received feedback from the users regarding the SEARCH functionality in the Hoteling (desk booking) application.
The search requires to use the exact spelling. It creates difficulties for employees with special characters in name or surname (for example: Børis (Ö, ø …)).
Our request is to enhance the search functionality to return all possible existing names (børis, Böris, boris) even if the user enters Boris in the search field.

Employee Leaving / Offboarding Move tied to Teams to remove Employee from Team
When an employee is a member of a team and they are offboarded, the team assignment in the the teams table is not updated. Ideally, there should be a connection between the em and teams table that when an employee is offboarded via a move, they are also removed from the team and an date_end is populated.

BUG: When daily recurrence is used to do a search for only one day, the system seems to consider the following days also in the search. If I do a daily search for today, I also see employees who would have booked for the following days. Allow end user to update fields on Lease documents
Allow the end user to modify the document type, description, classification and document name on Lease documents via the Lease Portfolio Console. Currently you have to delete the document and re-add it to correct these fields.

Ability to log in as another user to test a change in this user's configuration or try reproducing an issue only this user is seeing.
