Percentage for Performance Metrics Precision
Performance Metrics on the homepage for percentages do not show decimals. This is due to the number only allowing 2 decimal places. Extra precision is needed for decimals for percentage metrics.
Please change the display and decimal places of the performance metrics as the precision is important for many of the metrics.

Add Work Teams also to Service Desk/Foundations SLAs
In current versions, when you configure a Service Desk SLA, you can only send the request to an Internal Service Provider and/or an External Service Provider. This means that the request can be assigned to as much as 2 different users. It would be very useful to be able to assign a Work Team as Service Provider (as for Maintenance SLAs).

Allow to add hyperlink in the instructions of a resquest
The maintenance teams often use other applications for their services (access requests for Security, break requests for Catering, access to standards for Documentation, etc.)
It would be very practical to be able to integrate the web addresses of these dedicated sites in the form of hyperlinks, in the body of the blue text that appears when a request is created (see photo below). The purpose being to immediately redirect the user according to his need.6 votes -
Improve RestrictLoadingOfUnassignedViews feature to check processes assigned to users
The RestrictLoadingOfUnassignedViews feature only checks views assigned to a user's role. This needs to be updated to also check views assigned directly to a user.

Prioritize Exact Match Workplace Search Results
When performing a search in Workplace, we would like to see exact match results be displayed first. When there is a lengthy list of results (not all displayed), it is important for our users to see the exact match first, otherwise they cannot find the location they are looking for.
Attached is a screenshot example illustrating an exact match record we would like to have returned first on the search.

Margin parameter for PM suppression
Introduce a margin parameter allowing to define the maximum number of days that can pass between two or more different PM Schedule Dates for the system to consider them as overlapped and apply the PM Procedure suppression mechanism.

Add Employee Standard as a field in Define Employees Foundations
In foundations you can add and employee in Define Employee and it has auto fill. But you can't add the Employee Standard. You can add it to Reservations Define Employee but that does not have auto fill or any required fields so it is easier to make a mistake

User specific Performance Metrics and alerts
Allow the performance metrics and alerts to show values based on the user that is currently logged in.
For example, I want an alert on my homepage to show how many Work Requests are assigned to me, or how many leases are expiring where I am the landlord contact.
There is the ability to set granularities for metrics based on assignment, however this is generic and does not change based on the logged in user.

Allow configurable layers from Revit Publishing
Layers coming out of Revit during the publishing process are not configurable and do not match existing CAD layers. Clients can directly control DWG/DXF layers when exporting independently but Archibus is exporting via a set template. Can a client use a custom DWG/DWF Template when exporting so layers in published files match between CAD and Revit?

Double bookings by end users
While migrating the existing bookings from the former tool, we found an employee who booked 2 seats in 2 different buildings for the same day, so we got an alert message.
That is fine, but we would suggest to show in the message also the building/floor/workstation of the other booking.3 votes -
Checklist
Logic behind a checklist.
High Risk Operations. Maintenance field workers must complete a "HRO permit" checklist to ensure safe condition before starting asset-based preventive maintenance or reactive work. They must verify through a risk assessment that the work can be performed safely. There are times that this HRO permit is not needed for the maintenance that is being done. So to have the checklist have the ability to have logic would be much more beneficial for the technicians performing the work.

Consistent Email Notification Management
There is a need to review all the various emails that are sent in the Building Operations Module and ensure that they can be managed consistently from one place. Currently some email notifications are hard coded (e.g. Preventative Maintenance SLA Emails, when a WR is forwarded to a workteam/supervisor, etc.), some are managed only from the message table and some are added by the user under "Manage Service Desk Steps".

Move - Notify move coordinator when actions status is updated
Hello Eptura team,
When a move is requested, the move coordinator (the one who manages the move) can assign actions to a craftsman. The craftman is notify by email which is good.
An additionnal notification could be sent to the move coodinator when everytime the status of the action is updated (In progress - on hold - completed - etc.). It will be easier for the move coordinator to manage the moves.Thank you

Accessibility - Enable Booking Cancellation for Employees who book on behalf of other Employees
When booking for another employee it would be preferable that both the employee that booked the workspace and the employee that the workspace was booked for have the ability to cancel the booking. Currently, only the employee that the workstation was booked for has access to the booking. However, employees with a disability may not be able to cancel their booking, therefore the employee that made the booking on their behalf should also be able to cancel the booking.

Define API Wizard
Currently, custom API definitions are defined via axvws and potentially java. It would be nice to have a API wizard kind of like how you can use the view definition or homepage definition views. It allows the user to visually see the fields/tables to make available to the API and then at the end generates the axvw file. It would be good to also store API definitions in the database so that users can go find their APIs.

Show requestor name along with ID in Maintenance Console
Many times Maintenance Console users (like supervisors, FMers, CFs, providers/contractors, ...) are not able to identify the requestors just by their Employee ID. So it would be very helpful that Maintenance Console shows also requestor name (i.e. first and last names from related EM record).

Manage content of Lease Alert email notifications
Please move the full configuration of the Lease Alert email notifications to the messages table so that table.field_name binding expressions can be used in the alerts vs. hard-coded {0} {1} {2} expressions w/no optoins to edit actual content.

Hide records in documents tab of lease console that don't have documents attached.
Leases can get very crowded with many documents already, if a record created for clause/option/amendment/communication log does not actually have a document attached it should not show up in the documents tab of the lease portfolio console.
