Mannual upload historical badge data w/o interruption
Sometimes we need to upload the corrected or missing historical badge data for certain sites or buildings. It would be very helpful if we can upload data for a selected period of dates/time range in the history without interrupting or overriding other existing data.

Preferred Name unchecked by default
Could we have "Use Preferred Name When Available" unchecked by default in Spaces and VBS.

user password
Provide confirmation on page once a new user creates a password and it is accepted and confirmation when password reset is changed. This would reduce the number of lock outs and reset confusion for users.

Serraview Managed Configurations - User Visibility
For the system parameters/configuration that Serraview manage on behalf of a customer, can visibility be provided as to how these parameters are configured within the Configurations module? It is challenging to see/understand these settings without reaching to Serraview -- these fields can be non-editable but visibility would be extremely helpful.

Document Library - Archive Function
It would be nice to be able to toggle document name entries as active or archived. Lease documents need to be held beyond their expiration date for audit reasons. It would be nice to see the active library on the home page and have a secondary place for archived documents
The current setup requires you either store everything together (messy) or store your old site documents someplace else.
It would be nice to have everything in one place

Clear the Dominant Occupant details after a period of inactivity
Can the automation attached to the Dominant Occupant process that displays the user login in VBS be amended to also clear the Dominant Occupant data after a period of time or inactivity?

Show Last Activity in Wireup
When using the wireup module, switchports that have been active, but the desk the port is associated to hasn't been wired-up, we can't see the desk where the persons activity occurred. Because the SVlive reports available don't contain all the details we need to identify these desks, and our portfolio is very large, it would be significantly easier if we could generate a quick report from the wireup module that showed us the details that show in the panel. We know we can and should wireup all desks at all sites, but with limited people with large work loads this…

Locker filters to apply to quick reports
When we run the locker report from lockers even though Currently when filter/s are applied to show sites needed, using the quick report still shows all lockers regardless of filter. Much like insights, when launching the reports it shows you the data based on the filters applied, we'd like quick reports to do the same.

We have found navigating VBS and Scenario Planner confusing since we instituted neighborhoods into our portfolio. We want to be able to see the name of the hood on the tab in VBS and Scenario Planner.

Better records kept when people are archived, users locked, etc.
Recently some clients were looking to find out how certain people were archived and how some users were locked. Reviewed the appropriate tables in the database and did not find any answers.

User Profile locale value
I would like a user to be able to modify their locale profile value without giving them visibility to the User Security section of Serraview.
The ability of a user to modify the locale value for themselves in their Profile, so as to see imperial units instead of metric units when viewing floorplans, is controlled by the 'Configuration - Security - Edit User' Secured Action. But for this action to work, the user also needs to have the 'Configuration - Security - Access' Secured Action.

Allow Retention Status w/o Clearing Occupants
Currently, when a Retention Status is configured for a space, current occupants of the space are removed.
Lurie Children’s Hospital has a valid use case where they have a need to add a retention status to multi-occupant spaces, without clearing occupants.
For example. Double office with a workpoint count of 2. Office has one assigned occupant and one desk which is being retained as future growth. Similarly, Triple office with a workpoint count of 3. Office has one assigned occupant and two desks being retained for future growth.

Ability to Change Point Space Types to Polygons and Vice Versa
As a Space Planner/CAFM Admin,
I would like to be able to change point space types to polygon space types (and vice versa) in the Spaces or VBS modules,
so I can better manage changes to individual spaces.Currently, the only way to change spaces with different polyline types is to complete a workpoint import, which is a lot of work to make a change to a single space.

Employee Org Unit Hierarchy Diagram
It would be nice to see the Org unit hierarchy in a org chart diagram. That would includes the cost center and employees. We already have all of the information in some reports. The visual graphic will help understand how some organization works.

Show Published Moves defaults to being checked after phase is published
In the filter section of the BOS grid, there is a box for Show Published Moves. Could this default to automatically being checked (or give the option for it to be automatically checked) after the phase is published?
