Looking to include employee name in downloaded DWG in 'Building & Floors' together with with SW-SPACE, SV-TXT-SPACENAME, SV-TXT-TYPE and SV-ZONE layers.

MFA Support
Certain businesses are required to follow regulatory guidelines regarding cybersecurity; one such guideline, New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulations (23 NYCRR Part 500), requires that any platform hosting non-public data from covered entities (such as employee PII) must be protected by MFA. Most folks can handle this via their SSO configurations, but there are cases where that is not feasible. In those cases, the ability to deploy, at a minimum, a TOTP phone based authenticator token would be greatly appreciated.

Security: split access for File Upload and Service Request attachments
Within SV security, uploading files via File upload is coupled with uploading attachments in Service Requests. The action "General - Can Upload Files" covers both. This presents issues when giving access to lower level SR only users.

Make new scenario plans private by default
Can you please make the dialog box for creating new scenario plans have the default against the "private" option.

We would like Workplace to be more configurable
We would like Workplace to be more configurable. Would it be possible to have the the option to turn on/off icons for workpoint, capacity, opportunity data. We only want icons for the data we require to be visible in Workplace.

Rename Move phases
In the previous version we had the ability to rename move phases. In V3 we can only use the autogenerated phase numbers - 1, 2 etc. Allowing us to assign specific names to the move phase will make it easier to manage the phases as the name will relate to a specific activity.

My Imports option to ignore rows with errors
When performing some imports (eg. Occupancy), if there is an error on a single row, it prevents the entire import from going through.
It may be a lengthy amount of time before finding out which row it is affecting and why, so it would be helpful if there was an option to import the file regardless and ignore the rows with errors.

Management of Work Health & Safety (WHS) equipment
As a system administrator I would like to be able to manage WHS equipment through Serraview. Items would include, chairs, keyboards, foot stools, etc. Could this function be added to the assets area.

Workplace Validators to add Teams to floors in the Workplace Module
Add the ability for Workplace Validators to add teams (within their user access) to a particular floor within the Workplace Module.
This would remove the need for Validators to contact Workplace Managers to add the team on the relevant floor within the VBS.
