Create BOS from Scenario Plan
As a Space Planner I'd like to be able to populate a BOS project based on an existing Scenario Plan:
Ability to create a BOS plan off the back of a Scenario plan.
Feature trigger yet to be determined, will either be:
- via Scenario & push to BOS or
- via BOS & pull from Scenario.

This would save a lot of time of manually creating a BOS once a scenario project is approved.
